We stayed for couple of nights in Sea View room of Paradise zone. I can only recommend it, it was very big, modern and clean. There was a one big room for sleeping and another smaller one with armchairs. Both very sunny with beautiful views. We had bath tub outside on the balcony, which was great (there is a shower in the bathroom too).
Infinity pool was our favourite, you can swim and enjoy stunning views of Chalook bay, rocks and palm trees. Great relaxation. Restaurant was ok, again great views. Somebody was complaining about staff. Well, they weren't friendly smiling, but they weren't rude either. Food was ok, bit more expensive compare to other places in Thailand. They make gorgeous fruit shakes, big mango shake was my favourite, probably the best I ever had :)

Resort itself is located on the top of the hill. Road to reception in paradise zone is long and steep. Killing combination with very hot weather. Good there is a taxi pending between both receptions up and second resort down hill. We always asked at the reception when we wanted to return back to Paradise zone, it was never problem, taxi was ready for us in a minute. At specific times during a day resort offers you taxi to other beach and to the pier for free. Which is great if you want to visit other place or go shopping in town.
Don't know how comfortable is the accommodation in lower part of resort, at the beach. Bungalows seemed to us very close to each other and pool wasn't that nice. We would rather recommend Paradise zone.

We went to the place with some preparation after reading about the poor service, but left after a very enjoyable stay. The waiters in the restaurant may have really been fired or re-trained, as they appear to be quite friendly and helpful. The highlight is definitely the panoramic view of both the Chalok Baan Kao Bay and Thian Og Bay (the latter being much more gorgeous while technically this hotel is located in Chalok area), especially from the wonderful pool. They also offer clean rooms with 24-hour electricity, hot shower, effective AC, satellite TV and jacuzzi on the balcony to match its range of price.

I don't know much about the beach-side resort down the hill but it looks much older and only have a tiny beach which is not really attractive. They also have a infinite pool there but compared to the one above it's like a child's play.

In all I'd like to recommend this hotel if you are looking for some leisure time like a honeymoon, and don't mind if there is no wi-fi signal in your room (and all you get from the balcony is the password-protected signal from another luxury hotel across the bay). This is also probably not an option for solo travelers or frequent divers as it's easy to get bored without convenience for water sport. If you bring a family this place is more than perfect. Enjoy your sunset meal!

The hotel is located at the top of the hill at Koh Tao, a beautiful island, very close to Koh Samui but not as crowded. Koh Tao is popular for diving.

The views from the hotel are gorgeous. They offer well kept rooms, with a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. The restaurant has fabulous food and the infinity pool from which you can see the sea shore below is the icing on the cake. They provide a regular car service from the hotel to the key places on the island as well, so it is quite convenient.

This is a new hotel and offers quite luxurious accommodation on Koh Tao. They also have a hotel on the lower side of the hill on the beach which is also very nice.

Overall, a great place to stay.

As the hotel name says it already... Paradise Zone.. and if you go there you really will have to feel like if you are in Paradise.. the hotel is located on the roof of a hill from where you can see two bays.. and we saw it while it was Full moon.. While we had dinner we saw the moon in the sea. the staff was extremely friendly to us. the pool is amazing there... you feel like swimming in the see, although its's hundreds of meter away..

Lovely hotel! Nice and clean rooms. Good breakfast with a nice view.
The only bad thing about the hotel is that the bar closes at 11 pm... But its like the rest of the island. Its not much party life after 11 pm.

I would stay here again. I loved it here!!!
