The hotel is very well located, just in the principal street, near the tonsai pier and everything else. Actually everything is walking distance in the island, so the hotel location is not that important unless you need to use the pier everyday to go to daytrips. The hotel is big, looks fancy on the outside but the rooms are old and needs maintenance. The decoration is strange and the wifi does not work well unless you go near the gym. The staff seems to be "tired" to assist the guests and tourists so, they just offer you the essential assistance and only if you ask easy questions. ;)
I would not recommend the hotel if you can find a better option, otherwise it is ok.

Room Tip: Try to book a room close to the reception because the hotel is big and if you stay in a room in the...

Most amazing part of the hotel is its location. Rooms are quite comfortable. However the pool was not satisfactory. It had extra chlorine. Otherwise decent place to stay. Our room was near the pool. Doesn't matter if it's not nearby the pool.

I have mixed review of this hotel. At first I was dissapointed when I walked in and the room felt a little dingy. The toilet seat had a lot of stains on it (I meant to take a picture of this to upload) and the A/C can only be on when you are in the room so if you are gone all day it is hot when you return. I know this is normal in a lot of places but this one seemed to be hottest. This was the only hotel in Thailand that I didn't feel the staff were super friendly and helpful. Our safe did not work and it took a while to get it fixed. They also ask you to hand in your key every time you go out, so when you come back to the hotel you have to wait again for your key.

Now in comparison to a lot of places here, this place was probably good. We saw a lot of really crumby looking hotels. I just wouldn't come back to Phi Phi at all. It is shame because the beauty of the island has been over-run by tourists so it is very crowded and stinks almost everywhere. I would pick another island in the south instead. This side of the island is also basically only for backpackers who are there to get tattoos and go drinking. And I was on my honeymoon so this was not the atmosphere I was looking for. I somehow missed this in my research I suppose but I would not recommend this area unless you are a backpacker. Definitely not for families or anyone over 30.

Room Tip: We were in 310 which was a good location. It was on the second floor with a view of the pool and mou...

We booked through hotels2thailand.com for 3 mighty. When we arrived on the island they said they had no record of our booking even though we had an email from hotels2thailand staying they had taken the money from our account. The staff were very rude & refused to call hotels2thailand to resolve the issue. In the end we had to pay again for a room, for one night at a higher price than we had already paid. 4,738 Thai baht for 1 night.
The Internet connection was only in the lobby & very poor & it took 2.5 hours of arguing with the staff until they called hotels2thailand.
The rooms were small, but clean. The swimming pool was nice. They had a brilliant gym.
Breakfast wasn't good & I got food poisoning afterwards.
The location was awful. Phi Phi town is full of tourists & disgusting restaurants. Avoid Phi Phi town!!! I would suggest a day trip to Phi Phi from Koh Lanta instead.

I have read some negative reviews on this hotel and I wanted to give a clear account of our stay! Phi Phi is a very busy island you will not get the same vibe from the hotels as you do on the smaller islands; but the staff here were friendly and helpful when we did interact with them. The location is great, you a close to the pier and far enough away from the party beach that you can actually sleep! The pool is small and there aren't very many sun loungers but you are a 5 minute walk from the beach and can take a water taxi to other beaches in 10 minutes if like. The hotel is bigger than any other we stayed in so it does have a different vibe. I think it is a great choice for Phi Phi - the rooms were clean. Only down point is you can smoke in all of the rooms - so as none smokers we could smell it in our room.

Perfect location on phi phi island.
Close to the pier so no need to take a shuttle to go to your hotel when you arrive on phi phi.

Nice staff, they speak a very good english.

Nice pool.

Rooms furniture are however quite old and walls are really really thins.
We could not only hear the street noise but also conversations in the adjacent rooms and we ve been woken up to every door slapping in the hotel. This is the only negative point.

Great fitness center.

Hotel fantastic location nothing nicer than having breakfast looking out to sea . Room was ok but not suitable for 3 people the single bed was a mattress on the floor . Which left very little space to move round . Not many sun beds round the pool so you will need to get out early . Phi phi is a lovely island but hotel prices are very high the strange thing is we was expecting every thing else on the island but food and drink was actually cheaper than the other parts we visited in Thailand . We had a room over looking the back and if your early to bed you would have a problem getting to sleep till very late .
