This was a secluded resort far away from the bustle of Phi Phi village. The staff was helpful, and the resort if very nice. It's a bit rustic, which we didn't mind. We did spray the curtains and screen with bug spray because there were quite a few gaps. The one negative is the free breakfast. It should probably just be avoided. I think they serve what they think westerners want.

The deluxe rooms are cabins on stilts. Our bathroom had ants in it. We had brought spray from Phuket and sprayed the room every night to get rid of them. If we didn't spray they came back. Breakfast was not great. But there is toast so you can get by. There are no beach chairs so we went down the beach and used another hotels. The massages are awesome here!!!! I have 4 in the 6 days I was there. The Christmas eve dinner was great and the little girls who danced stole the show. We ate at jasmines almost every night we stayed here. The food at the hotel was horrible and expensive. Go to jasmines. It's wonderful. The second last day we were there there was a huge snake outside our hut. Hence camping in the tropics. Shower was Luke warm but if you just slightly turn it on it was hot. If you go to this part of phi phi there is not much to do. So rent a long tail boat and go island hopping. We went to Maya beach monkey island bamboo island and mosquito island. All have great beaches and snorkeling. If you are looking for something a bit nicer go down the beach to the holiday inn.

Enjoyable island experience in good location. Beach cottage was clean but fixtures need updating. Staff friendly and helpful. Dinner at the resort restaurant was average but expensive for what you got. Expect to pay 50% more than in Phuket for most things even the massage. Can find less expensive meals and boat trips on other side of the beach where the Andaman gypsies hang out.

Room tip: Most times spent outside so this is not important.

We booked two rooms and very adequate...putt around in golf carts at times. The staff are very helpful especially Julie, the Manager. If you are into snorkeling, ask Mr. Long Sam to get you a speedboat and skip Bamboo Island and go straight to Mosquito Island. Better snorkeling there.

Room tip: Any rooms as long as not closer to the dining and reception place.

Our stay of 3 days was by far too short as we could not get enough of the breathtaking scenery, the spacious rooms and the friendly atmosphere. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast served was also of a high standard and I would sincerely recommend this Resort to anyone that wants to relax and enjoy beautiful scenery.

Room tip: Room 111 has a beautiful view
