The price is right!!! Stayed here as my son was getting married next door at Zeovola Resort, just next door and while not as luxurious, the rooms were spacious and clean, the beds comfortable the service was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach pristine and the massages were great even though a little more expensive than in Phuket. I would happily recommend this property to anyone.

Bad points - the bathroom water smelt bad, the toilet didnt flush(they half fixed it), the safe didnt work as the battery was flat(?) and the toaster at breakfast gave me electric shocks, the walls are thin ie I couldnt turn the TV up without the neighbouring room banging on the wall. Room itself was ok, if not spotless clean, with balcony and decent bed; but don't expect luxury. For example a hairdryer was listed but not in room.
Good points are it has a nice vibe and the staff are friendly and courteous and your bags are carried from the boat to the room and back.
You are paying the premium for Phi Phi island, even at the discount rate it seems expensive. Its well worth paying the extra for Holiday Inn next door, which looks like a top-end resort, very impressive

A ferry from Phuket will take you to the Island's pier, and from there you will have to take a long boat to get to the hotel. The boat taxi's will ask for 1,200 bhat, but will take 1,000. Make sure they drop you off in front of the hotel, and not in the back! The backside is a rusty dock with huge steps you will be forced to climb with your luggage! The hotel should have lookout from their Sunset Bar, so guests aren't forced to lug their baggage up a mountainside! The location is stunning, but it was sad to see garbagr on the white sands. With as many hotel employees as they have on staff, they should make a couple of them walk the beach at sunrise with trash bags! Unfortunately fisherman all over Thailand litter into the ocean (the government should regulate this, but that's another story. The best part is taking a long boat in the morning from the hotel out to Monkey Beach! :D There you can feed wild monkeys and even snorkel near the cliffs at the end of the shoreline. You can pay for 4-6 hours for a longboat taxi at the hotel, and I recommend tipping your driver 100 baht in advance. They know the island well, and can escort you to some very remarkable spots! The hotels location makes it worth the trip, but I think 3 days is plenty here.

The hotel is located about 2 hours of ferry ride from Phuket Pier. We were greeted by friendly staff. The room is ok except for the water taste like seawater. Can't blame them for that its probably the water system. very nice view at the back of the hotel, romantic place for couples on honeymoon. not much choices for breakfast buffet but good enough. we would recommend the hotel to others.
the down side is that the hotel is located at the very last ferry stop and youre left stranded with limited choices of restaurants , as such food is expensive even the locals at the island would over charge on food. you cant even go to the main island ( tonsai) since theres no water taxi service at night . and to take a water taxi to the main island where all the cheap food and shopping is would take you a thousand baht for a return trip. we spent a lot on the water taxis and food.

another tip if youre ever come to this island is, please dont go to bamboo island. theres nothing there! no corals to see , full of tourists and you would be charged a 400 baht tax upon setting foot on the island.

do go to mosquito island though, no tax and it's so beautiful!

Hotel was ok, we stayed in the main block which really did need updating. The shower had a stocking over the head for some reason and I didn't want to touch it to find out why. The room was clean, staff are friendly dispite the other reviews. Food was lovely and staff there were great too. The only down side was the bathroom, very dingy and a bit moldy. Great location and transferes to drop us back to ferries.

The reception staff are so unfriendly and impolite. They do not speak enough English and not try to. Don't have enough knowledge for simple questions like ferry times to different locations. Ask a simple question and receive always a rude answer. Little complimentaries like late check out, forget about it, they are rude if you just ask.
