Positive:
PHANTASTIC location, just before Long Beach, amazing beach, breathtaking views in the bay- the name of the hotel is well chosen.
Most expensive bungalows are very tasteful, new television, cable TV with the whole world, silent working A/C.
Amazing breaktfast buffet: From Sushi to American breakfast - the whole word must be happy with these selecton.

SERVICE!!!
The reception is EXTREMELY rude. Internet was not working - perhaps it would be doing next day, but she sureley would not care about. Umbrellas missing, answer: “No this can not be!”. No replacement of shampoo, etc. in a three star hotel each day, as described as not necessary. To my opinion the whole staff at the reception should be fired asap.
Pool: Far to much chlor in the pool makes swimming not very pleasant.

As we pulled up to Phi Phi Don via boat I saw the bungalows on the hill and thought "wow I would love to stay there!".

An that is exactly where we were sent by our diving tour operator (look up the Phi Phi overnight tour from Phucket).

Cute bungalows, great AC, good bed, nice breakfast and free wifi in the lobby. You can eat at tables right on the beach. The detached bungalows are private with large covered patios.

Easy access to all the night life yet just far enough away for a good night's sleep.

We stayed at the hotel for one night.
The room was nice, huge balcony, very nice view of the bay.
the shower did not include not water, They gave us some wierd instructions regarding the hot water... and it didn't work.
The towels were very dirty, and the refused to change them, I used my own towel
