We stayed there as a surprise arranged by my husband during our travels around Thailand. It is amazing. The whole experience of being on an island and looking at the ocean was amazing. Our bill over three days came to £300. So bear in mind what has been said by others as regard eating there. 10% automatically is added on your bill. You have to get the ferry and the a sea taxi which was an amazing experience. It is great for ultimate relaxation. Just a few tips you will get bitten, so bring that repellant and they don't tidy your room often.

Location is fantastic. secluded and nestled on a private beach. the sea looks amazing in the morning sunlight and it comes up to the steps of the property during high tides. we had a Deluxe Garden Bungalow. Well furnished, comfy and very spacious, with a nice spacious sit out area. was away from the sea but booking a sea view room is not worth double the price. Good breakfast with a good spread (both veg and non veg) served at the seaside restaurant. phi phi island village right behind the property and has some really nice restaurants/ bars (Le Rendezvous is highly recommended) and massage places at almost 1/3rd the hotel's prices. a must go. now the downsides. being away from tonsai, you have to take a long tail boat. the hotel provides fixed schedule transfers frm tonsai at a discounted price of 200 baht per person. you have to pay 1000 baht if you book a longtail on your own. considering you cant get to the hotel by any other mode, hotel shud provide transfers free of cost. also you are kinda stuck as you cant keep doling out 500-1000 baht to keep going back to tonsai. also pool is surrounded by plants and trees and we had a big dead cockroach swimming in the pool with us and lizards on the side walls just above the water albeit we were there post sunset. very creepy and an absolute put off.

We had a great time at outrigger but what made it worth our time was the village behind the resort - that's where the best food and drinks are made!!

Our rooms were clean and very comfortable and they gave us a complimentary fruit bowl and pina colada when we came in. The resort was beautiful but the prices are definitely more expensive/westernized. Avg price per drink is 6 us dollars and dinner was about $40-50. Meanwhile in the village we ate like kings for a fraction of the price. $10-20. We also didnt book any excursions through the resort again due to it being cheaper elsewhere.

We found the service to be quite slow by the pool side since they get an automatic tip the staff isnt really motivated to make you a drink.

That all being said, I would stay at outrigger again for the price its a really nice stay. I wouldn't sleep anywhere else on ko phi phi. It made me feel safe and they pau attention to detail which I really enjoyed.

First of all this place is absolutely amazing - we took a ferry from the main pier and as soon as we came around the corner my wife and I both hoped this would be the place - and it was. Perfect beach, amazing pool and really fun band that plays on the resort most days and nights. Only two complaints - no ATM anywhere near hotel so if you want to go to the town behind it (which I highly recommend for cheaper/better food/tours) then you're out of luck if you don't have enough baht. The only other was the bartenders at the pool bar...they were either nonexistent or had crappy attitudes when they were there...kindof a buzzkill at times. Aside from that i highly recommend this place.

Tucked away from the rest of the hotels on Phi Phi, this is a real gem. Great dive boat, good food, and the nighttime entertainment is very enjoyable. The beach is incredible, and be sure to hit up the happy hour at the Coconut Bar, 2 for 1 drinks at happy hour!

Room Tip: Beach front would be nice, but you'll be on the beach anyways, so don't be afraid to save so...

Have not one complaint! Staff were amazing, friendly & could not do enough to help. We stayed in the Garden huts, which were lovely & quiet. Food was amazing with different themes every few nights! Spa massages were the best, really wonderful staff - totally recommend having a couples massage! Worth the extra money to stay here!! Will be going again!

My husband and I recently got married at phi phi outrigger and it was the best experience.

Having visited 4 years ago, we knew we were onto a winner!

The service is amazing and the staff always bend backwards to assist.

Their wedding organizers are fantastic and caring, they really look after you and your guests and are very generous with the accommodation when able.

The wedding day was the most relaxing day I experienced away and I am naturally a stressed person. They even sent me a personal assistant on the day. The food was the die for, band fantastic and overall setting beautiful.

The customer service is friendly and prices are great considering they are a bit more secluded on Phi Phi island.

Accommodation was clean, the cleaners did an amazing job, especially on the wedding day (stuff everywhere!)

One thing we were a bit frustrated with was the lack of staff at the pool bar. Having 50 wedding guests, the pool bar got a work out and the wait times for a bit frustrating at times but this was the only downfall.

We have made plans to visit again in 4 years time to visit our 'love' tree and cannot wait.

Highly recommended stay for adults and groups.
