Really disappointed by this hotel. We didn't paid a lot thanks to Agoda but this hotel doesn't worth a bath (in fact we changed it even if already paid)!!! Not clean at all, we had to wait for the staff all the time we needed something, the curtain was broken and it felt down all the time. A really bad experience in this "hotel". Not recommended at all.

This was a budget last minute purchase when we (boyfriend, two friends and myself) decided to break up our Phuket holiday and go to Phi Phi for four nights. Firstly, Phi Phi island is HIGHLY recommended!! No cars, very relaxed atmosphere by day, party by night, lots of great activities especially the island day trips and diving! I wish I spent longer here.
Four Season Sea View is a very basic hotel situated above a restaurant up some very smelly stairs. It is simple and small and worth the price you pay. It is located at the end of Ton Sai Bay (the pier is in the middle), so is within walking distance to everything. Swimming is at the other side on the bay (15 minute slow walk), and Loh Dalum Bay (party beach) is parallel (10 minutes walk). I found the location convenient, though when I come again I will look at staying at the other side of Ton Sai so swimming is more readily available.
The only time we dealt with anyone was when we checked in, no deposit was needed which was lucky as when we checked out - noone was at reception so we had to leave the key.
Be prepared for a very basic thai bathroom, with shower head located OVER the toilet (toilet got soaked after every shower). We didn't get room service as there wasnt a safe in the room, so we washed our own towels and bought our own toilet tissues.
The aircon worked a dream but unfortunately there was lots of mosquitoes (as with everywhere in Thailand). Our view was incredible!! The receptionist let us buy cocktails downstairs and bring them up to our room to sit on the balcony. TV was new with hundreds of channel (a couple of english), though we rarely watched TV.
It is located right above the fire throwing performance on the beach (happens every night until 2-3am), so if we were back early sleep didn't come easy as the music was so loud and clear we felt as though it was coming from our room. Our friends, in the standard room, had a quieter time.
Expect a bed in a room with a tv. Perfect if you never plan on being in the room

Room Tip: Seaview room for the unbelievable view and breeze + balcony. Standard room if you want to be away from the beach noise (there is only 1 hallway of rooms, 8 or so in total)
