Me and my boyfriend stayed here and found it to be Ok. The rooms are clean and comfortable although extremely noisy from beach bars (to be expected for location) and other guests who are mainly there to party!
The pool is sensational and overlooking the beach theres great music, drinks, food and staff which makes for a cool holiday vibe.
I found the reception staff to be a little rude but I can overlook this.
I would recommend this hotel to people who are coming to Phi Phi to party and don't value any sleep =)

Room Tip: If your staying for 5 nights or more ask for a lower price, we got them down from 1500 a night to 80...

My sister, our friend and I booked a three bed room 3 months ago in this hotel. They required full payment up front but it says on the website the money would be refunded if cancelled. Unfortunatly my friend had to cancel her holiday months in advance but despite emailing numerous times, her emails were ignored. When we arrived in the hotel our reservation had been changed to a two bed, despite paying for 3. (so they obviously intentionally ignored her emails but didn't intend on losing the opportunity to rent her bed to someone else) We were assured the money would be refunded to the credit card before we left or we would be given cash by the manager. On the day we left, the reception staff called to ask about for the refund. While my sister was talking to him he simply hung up the phone on her twice and finally turned his phone off altogether. Places like this give Thailand a bad name.
The room was fine and clean, biit noisy but to be expected, the other staff were pleasant and I really had no other complaints. It's what you pay for.
On a side note, we were also required to pay for a 'gala dinner' on christmas eve with our booking. This was 1000 bhat each. The food was nice but no where near worth 1000 bhat and the entertainment was a joke- simply their staff dressed up dancing around. It was a total scam.

One of the best places to stay in Koh Phi Phi island. Moved to this hotel from another hotel (ViewPoint resort) since the other one wasn't adequate. The rooms are small but nice and clean, there are 6 rooms that go straight to the pool - amazing setting. The location is near the main path between the two beaches, and sits right on Loh Dalum beach (the side not near the harbour).
While most of the sites still say its closed due to Tsunami damage - The hotel is open and working.

Room Tip: Take poolside rooms (its the 2nd room), and if not available take rooms in the pool floor.

My sister and I stayed here in May. We where also "flash packers"
The others in our group stayed in a totally different block about a 3 minute walk away from actual hotel. Granted there block over looked a lot of rubble left over from the tsunami, and we didn't want to stay there. They where all paying £10pp. So we upgraded to £20pp they showed us some other rooms in the block near the pool and we refused them. Finally we where shown a room that was over looking the pool. That was great for what we needed.
There's not much room as people mentioned and yes you can hear the music until 2:00am but fine if your young, partying anyway and in after the bars shut. This place is wicked for the location and the pool.
I would only say to stay here if you got one of the rooms over looking the pool.

We arrived on Phi Phi and the first hotel we went to was PP Princess. The room's we checked in to at first were not worthy of keeping animals in. The beds were the worst I have ever encountered to sit on not to mind sleep in, I slept fully clothed as the sheets were so dirty.
The walls were almost non-existent and so one could hear conversation in the next room. The bathroom again was just not clean or safe (insects, ants etc..) We then moved to other rooms, much larger more spacious and relatively clean, these room's were situated next to the swimming pool and I would not recommend staying anywhere else in the 'resort' other than here... If on a very tight budget than this may be the place however I will definitely spend a little extra the next time to stay somewhere better on this island in particular..

Room Tip: stay near the pool, NOWHERE ELSE!!
