Located at one of the best spots if you don' like walking this was our second home after Four Seasons. No view at all, but who stays in their room anyway. Missing a fridge if you like have a cold beer in your own room. No problem to walk 1 min to get for me. We payed 7000 Bhat for 5 days I think, compared to 8000bhat for 3 days at Four seasons. The room at Sea Shell had a better quality too. Big bed, tv, big enough bathroom with hot water shower and a friendly "receptionist".

Do not be a fool to book this rooms! Be smarter and learn from our mistake!!! This was a total robbery! We booked this room for 37,5 eur per night for two persons. There was much less expencive rooms to book but we have decided to spend a little more to have something nicer while staying on Phi Phi. When we got off the ferry at Phi Phi everyone started to offer us rooms for like 7,5 - 10 eur for one night! We thought no,thx we have booked a nicer accomodation for sure! WRONG! I don't know where to begin! We spend 17 days in Thailand and changed 8 hotels this was the most expencive and most hideous hotel of all! Tiny little room, big enough to fit only a bed and dirty bathroom. Dirty sheets, no hot water, ants and bugs in the room. our view was on some smelly barracks in the most ugliest street in PhiPhi and no wifi in the room! I was soo angry and disappointed because we could get this kind of a room for a lot less money. I have tried to tell this to a guy on a reception that this was a fraud, that maybe he can offer us a better room, but he was just repeating: pay now, pay now! Believe me...get of the ferry and you'll find so many people offering you a room for 300bht! Do not pay 1500bht here and get this disaster! I was so frustrated that I cannot explain!!
We stayed one night at sea shell. its a very small place, looks more like guesthouse than hotel.
the room was very simple and small, but clean, the bed was great, the ac worked fine, and the tv is with few English channels. the hotel located in a quite place, 5 min from the beach. Overall, its pretty good value for the money if you not spoiled, only 1400 B in high season.
The staff not always in the reception, so sometimes you need to wait for them, if you need something. So if you are on a budget trip, you can take it.
