“Nice clean place to stay, close to the center.”
Reviewed January 11, 2014

The hotel is far enough to escape the invasive loudness of the center but close enough to navigate to the heart of the island with ease. The staff is efficient and friendly. We stayed in a room in the building which overlooked a quiet field. It was the perfect escape for some sound sleep after spending many hours at the loud parties by the beaches. Long beach is a mildly adventurous 20 minute walk away and the hotel is adjacent its own little stretch of white beach. It was good value for money and a good stay overall.

We stayed here from 3rd until 10th of January. Had a bungalow, clean and nice. Staff and service- great! Mosque is behind the left row of bungalows, but we had no problems with it. They are not so loud in the morning, so they cant wake you up. But in afternoon they sing quite louder... Breakfast good.Lack in fruit choices- only watermellon and pineapple slices. So if you are vegeterian like me- you need to satisfy yourself with that and yogurt. Scrambled eggs, noodles, pancakes, fried potatoes, sausages, cheese, salads... Variety of choices. Biggest applause for clean sheets and staff on the reception- they made our stay!

On arrival at the pier, our luggage was carried by an employee after he welcomed us just after we left the boat. With a temperature of 30, that was really welcome :)

On arrival at the reception we got wet towels and juice to freshen ourselves up. Nice!

On arrival at our room, we were really excited about the view! Sea view, while we didn't book it :) The room was great and clean, we loved it.
The pool was also great.
Breakfast was fine. We're happy when we can order our scrambled eggs, which is possible :)

When we left, our luggage was also brought to the pier again and the guy even helped us buying boat tickets to our next destination.

Less good:
- Shower. Temperature was not constant
- wifi. Not good in our room (3rd floor), but worked good everywhere else

Overall I would recommend this place, but it's pretty expensive in peak season.

I had stay in this resort for two nights and the resort overall view was nice and spacy between each bungalow with a nice garden and a pool in the center of the resort. The room decoration was simple and the bed is comfortable. However, cleanliness of the room can be improved and more variety to offer for breakfast.

Perfect location to stay on Phi Phi, great service. Someone from the hotel even meets you at the boat and carries your luggage for you. Good location to experience Phi Phi, no noise from the parties, but walking distances to them and easy to get taxi boats to the other beaches on the island. Make sure you stay in the hotel and not the bungalows. The hotel is clean and tidy, modern and value for money.

Room Tip: Make sure you stay in the hotel and not the bungalows

The seven of us spent our last day in Thailand at this hotel.

The service was warm and friendly and it has a very nice clean pool.
Our rooms were fairly basic but clean and comfortable.

The one major let down was the breakfast.

Would we stay again?

Yes but was not the top hotel we stayed in Thailand.

That honour goes to pakasai.

We checked in for one night. The hotel staff met us at the pier, they carried our bags to reception. The reception staff were polite. But be aware the hotel wants payment in full, upfront in cash (no cards) before you can check in. Not a sore point as I'd read it in other reviews. We were given a complementary cold towel
And drink while checking in

When we got to our room, the safe didn't work, the shower is a joke, mold in the corners of the shower. The room had flaking paint & bugs squashed into the headboard and walls. The tv was intermittent (no English channels) the aircon was very good and the balcony view was ok.
There is a mosque beside the hotel that prays over the loud speaker from 7am, the building site beside it works 9-9 with construction noise, from 9-2am the bar facing the hotel blares music and this can be heard in your room. Then the hotels corridors are all marble, so every guest that returns home Can be heard echoing throughout the hotel. Bring earplugs if want to sleep. From 8am onwards the staff in the corridors walker talkies will keep you awake.
They provide free wifi in the hotel, that works well.
The pool area looks nice & the hotel is in a convenient location. The hotel would probably be perfect for someone 18-25 backpacking who wasn't too fussy and just wanted easy access to the coast and main town. But it's too expensive to target that group I'd say.
