It's very small hotel located at the Centar of phi phi, the pool is nice but very small , there weren't many seats and just few hours of sun, and the pool bar wasnt work all 5 days. The breakfast is nice but there are not allot of options. The staff were nice and helpfull. Our room was old and dusty and hed problems with the toilet twice !
If you want to pay in credit card they add to your amount 3%!!
Overall it's a very average hotel that not worth the very expensive price!

My boyfriend and i stayed here for 2 nights in december. Having read some of the bad reviews about this hotel we were dubious about staying here. However having arrived at the hotel after a ferry journey we were pleasantly surprised. Although small (like most things in tonsai due to the small size), the hotel pool area was lovely with a small number of sun beds, jacuzzi and swim up bar, although closed when we stayed. The rooms were very nice and clean, having plenty of room and a nice balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to both beaches and all the action of the island. The breakfast was varied and we were pleased with the free wifi, although the codes changed daily. Overall perfect hotel for visiting the island, and would definitely recommend.

We stayed here based on tripadvisor comments and it was great. we stayed in a superior pool view room with twin beds and a little sun lounge and a balcony!

The hotel is well maintained right in the centre of town so it's easy to walk to shops and nearby beaches. The breakfast is varied with both western and Asian breakfasts available.

Our room was fine for two people and it was nice to have a small balcony. The bathroom was a decent size also.

We didnt have a problem with the staff as they didnt really talk much.

It would have been nice if they used the pool bar area as there isn't much more to do in Phi Phi other than scuba, got to Maya Bay or Bamboo Island. We stayed for 4 days so we did a lot of exploring our first couple of days and spent the rest by the pool or at local beaches.
They may want to look at getting more pool chairs as there is currently only 8 and you need to wait to get one if you don'tput a towel on earlier in the morning.

We also did the trek up to the viewpoint which I was told was a 30min walk, when in fact it is 40-50 hike up a mountain for 4 kms. I would make sure you wear proper shoes as it goes from road to bush, rocks and sand towards the top of the mountain. Not for the faint hearted.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. It is a great place for family friends and couples.

The hotel is right in the middle of everything so it is very convenient but they watch everything very closely like how many towels you use and generally seem fussy. Someone next to us had a guest and his roommate was not using their breakfast voucher but they would not let the guest use it. Not that big of a deal but maybe there is something behind it. We did not stay anywhere else so can't compare really but it overall pretty good and I would stay again.

despite our confirmed agoda bookings, the staff rejected to check us in, demanding every passport of our members. since we live in Thailand, not all carried photo id with us, instead of advising and discussing the solutions with us, staff coldly rejected and refused us to talk to the manager. hotel rooms were clean and comfortable but very small and stuffy as the balcony was open to the wall of next building.

from my 2nd floor rooms, I saw backside of phi phi slump or shall I say local housings? basically u cannot avoid looking onto those neighboring dodge housings as it is built between them wall to wall.

we paid 100 euro per room and turned out we can get a similar room with ocean view at cheaper price at different hotel but those rooms are booked out early. due to expensive pricing, this hotel always had rooms available. so I will only take this hotel as last resource.

location wise, it is basically in the major party zone and one third of hotel rooms will have party noise until late morning

overall, the hotel is not a disaster if u can bear extremely rude and unhappy receptionist. then again, you will find lots of aggressive locals at phi phi, so it shouldn't be big deal to have arrogant and rude receptionist for you.

if you have a temper, I suggest not to go to phi phi island all together.

This was my first time in Koh Phi Phi, and I loved the location hotel, which seems to be right in the centre of the action, but inside it's very quiet!

The pool area is quite small, which made it difficult for people to sit by the pool. This was a bit of a shame because the pool area itself is stunning. We had a room on the ground level where we could get into the pool straight from our balcony, so this was less of an issue for us.

The pool has a bar, but it doesn't seem to be in use. Funnily enough one morning while we were having breakfast a photographer came to take photos of the pool area (perhaps for a review or something else online) and they decked out the bar as if it actually was in use. Seems to be a little bit of false advertising on the hotel's part!

Otherwise, the rooms were lovely, comfortable and clean. One reviewer mentioned that there was no free Wifi, but there was - you just needed to get the password from reception, and they changed it every few days.

Room Tip: Take a room on the ground floor with pool access from the balcony.

Hotel is located right in the center of the city, so dont expect it to be calm. But rooms are renoved and nicly decorated. TV, central light at the bed with alarm clock, safe, mini bar, balcony, small pool - everything you need on phi phi.
Breakfast is also good. They have someone to pick you up at the ferry and help you with the luggage.
Only thing I can say that is not so good is the hardness of the mattreses - it was like spending the night on a door leaf. Maybe you should bring a lilo.

Room Tip: find a room in the back or left side from the lobby, not on the site of the stairs.
