me and my wife stayed here for 7 nights and when we booked we write the request transfer from the pier to hotel with their service but nothing replying from them. the first thing I was disappointed and we have to use the taxi around the pier which cost very high!!! when we arrived the hotel the hotel staff greeting us as stone . no smiling no welcome we got nothing'! when we go to the room . I really shocked! baht room very small and dirty ( superior sea view ) i was talking with my husband we will handle this till 7 nights or we will leave earlier but the room charge had paid so i asked agent that i can get refund but the agent said the hotel not allow to get refund in any case and about hotel staff the reception and the owner team they does not care the customer but other staff in restaurant they are nice .
I would not recommend you to stay here u can find other hotel that much better than here .

Pool was out of order for two days. Room without a view. Breakfast repetitive. Cleanliness of room could be better. People at the front desk were great. Price fot this should be less for what is given. Not really a 3 star. Beach allthough cleaned is not really good for swimming because of rocks and coral. No fitnes centre. Food very expensive.

Two friends and I, backpacking and looking for some rest, we lured into this hotel by very friendly people at the pier. Unfortunately thats also where the good service ended. The pool was being cleaned with chemicals for two days. After we e complained, since we we promised a working pool, we were told that we could as well go swimming in the chemicals if we wanted a pool so much. If that wasnt enough we were greeted by scorpions and myriads of moscitos in the bungalow bathroom every morning. Last but not least the bungalow was broken into (window smashed) and a cell phone was stolen. This did not stop the staff from being very unfriendly and at the last day we were not even allowed to stay in the room for 2 hous after chek-out time even tho the hotel was three-quarters empty.. DONT GO HERE!!!

Room Tip: Do not go here!!

This is second time my partner and I have stayed at this hotel. We stayed for 10 days this time and all the staff were very helpful and very friendly. We stayed in a standard room and although we didn't have a seaview, we had a fabulous tropical garden in front of our windows and it felt very secluded - lovely! The room was very nice and cleaned everyday. It had good aircon and a few film channels on the TV which was enough.

The hotel is at one end of the beach has has sunbeds (with spongy covers!) which overlook the beach but still have the swimming pool behind it (best of both worlds) The sea was warm and clean and very shallow - it is not great for swimming as too shallow but good for sitting down in and relaxing. Not many pebbles in water either and mainly sandy underfoot! The swimming pool was in need of cleaning (it was very murky and didn't seem to be filtered). On the last day we were there though some people tested the water and the pool was closed for cleaning so hopefully it is clear again now!

The food in the restaurant was a good standard and breakfast was great. Breakfast was included in the room price and you could have fresh fruit, toast, frankfurters, thai foods, and order eggs to be made in front of you (omelette, fried, scrambled etc.) which was lovely. The beach also has lots of restaurants and they put candlelit tables out every night and some restaurants do fish BBQs. Most of the bars close by around 11pm so it's not a big place for night life but has beach bars with ambient music up till this point. We ended most evenings with a foot massage on the beach!

Overall, it's a great relaxing beach with plenty to do and hopefully we'll visit again in a few years time!

Room Tip: Turn up and choose your own room!
