This place is amazing. The food is delicious, the beach is fantastic, the pool is incredible, the drinks cold and the people warm and friendly!! OUTSANDING SERVICE!!

Room Tip: Bunglows by the pool. INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!!

My GF and me heard good of this place, and it was all true, and then some.
Rooms were neat and clean, well decorated - we took the garden rooms with the hot-tub, that was very usefull during rainy days.
Hotel's beach and pool are a dream, garden looks like a tropical heaven from the room (though it's not a place to relex on the grass - there's no grass...), the city is a 7 minutes walk on the beach and the sea is a dream come true.
Food is nice - good breakfast (but not a reach buffet) and a versatile menu.
They had nice treats - fruit plates and cocktails for the poolside.
Hotel manager - Sue, was a combination of a hostess and a mother, pleasent, smiling and helpfull, and made our stay even nicer - we love her!
All in all it was a great place for a vacation, and as much as I could see from the other hotels - this is the best.
One thing i'd improve - rooms have huge windows with white curtains, and for those like me who need total darkness to sleep - you'll either use airplane eyeshases or just wake up REALY early.

My partner and I stayed in 2 of the beachfront bungalows along with her younger sister and partner. The location was amazing! Directly on the beach. The views are stunning and the bungalow is comfortable, the food is also a highlight. The staff were kind enough to bring our breakfast and dinner to our bungalow. Pleasant stay..

Room Tip: The Beach front bungalows are the ultimate

We pre-booked our stay here for 3 nights ..and wish we had stayed longer. Haad Rin Beach is paradise..we did book it carefully to avoid the full moon party, although it seems that there can be a party any time... we stayed in the Pool View Cottage and could not be happier. The room was quiet so had no trouble sleeping. There are tea & coffee making facilities in the room and there is a free pool table and table tennis. Internet is available
We will be back next year for at least a week (again carefully booking to avoid the BIG party). I would recommend this hotel highly.

Room Tip: Pool View room also has beach view from the balcoy

I stayed for 2 days at PALITA LODGE, the staff is really nice, as i have to pay for 5 days in order to book for full moon period they got my room upgraded for a SUITE TYPE B, the room was ok, but the facilities very poor, the pool and the restaurant, their wifi wasn't working too. A LOT OF MOSQUITOS IN KOH PHANGAN so be prepared, the beach is nothing much, compraing to Thai beaches, i left one day early, would not go back, the location is good for those that are going to the party.
