My girlfriend and I stayed here for a couple weeks. We had a travel agent in Bangkok take care of all the arrangements.

Upon arrival, the front desk was very helpful and friendly. She was always available to answer any questions.

The other workers at the hotel bar/restaurant were very friendly and attentive as well.

The view is amazing. The beach was a bit rocky and unforgiving without shoes but very close walk to another beach. Short scooter rides to other beaches (haad rin and others).

We came here and experienced songkran and the full moon party. Highly recommend it to anyone. No festival in the world seemed to compare to songkran.

The rooms left something to be desired. We had a fan room first. Yes, it's hot, but when you expect running water to not be out every day, it gets a little frustrating. Eventually we had to move into an a/c room. That part was fine, but again, varied times without water.

It's thailand, so of course there will be bugs. One day we had a swarm of ants crawl out of the toilet and cover the floor soo much it looked like an infestation. Eventually they disappeared but no clue as to if they'd be back.

Overall, we had a great experience but it would behoove any traveler to check out a few hotels/hostels and not stay in one place too long.

We booked at a travellagancy in Bangkok (Thai Thai Travel Ltd). Better not find them ;)
Don't be impressed by the pictures in the flyer. The rooms are dirty. Water smells like sewage. Location is bad. Beach is horrible and dirty. Trash everywhere.
We did have a good AC and the food is not too bad. We even found a supermarket just a few meters away.
To sum it up do not go to any Travelersagency and not to Cosy Bungalows

The only thing that is a minus is that it is no door between the toilet and the bedroom. Other than that, the place is as is says - Cosy. Its no luxury but you have what you need. The english knowledge at the staff is a bit low, but they are still very good. They arrange everything you want. Either it is boxing match, party or fishing. They also have a cool dog

Room Tip: The rooms are located at the same place, so no difference

The rooms may be average but but its really the best location . their service is good the receptionist 'yaya' very helpful lady went out of the way to help.the food is the best in this resort has a lot of variety people from other resorts always come here to eat . it had a really nice feel most of the times we did not want to step out of the resort at all. Beach facing massage 'hut' was a huge reason. The only thing we did not like is their DJ who liked playing loud music in the middle of a warm sunny day and actually all the time.we miss cosyy

We stayed here for 3 nights and that was long ebough, we ate here on one occasion and the food was good despite both of us not getting what we ordered. The rooms are not cleaned regularly and are basic with no door on the toilet room or toilet paper provided. Cosy bingalows is ideal if yoy literally just need a place to crash after partying, apart from that I would not want to stay here.
