We (being 3 dutch friends and a few helping kids) followed a tailor-made 5 hour cooking class at Jang's. Jang knows everything about Thai cooking, so it was very inspiring to work with her: she had lots of tips about the ingredients, the technique of preparing them. Thanks to her I now know how to make the perfect daugh for fish cake. We prepared a yellow curry, spring rolls, fish cake, pad thai and naam tok. At the end, we had dinner with 3 families at the beach, watching a beautiful sunset. Jang is a great cook, her daughter very helpfull. Too bad we had to run the bar ourselves, as the bartender had to watch the Olympics, lying at his barchairs ;-)
