We stayed here in the summer for 3 nights. The bungalow we stayed in was very basic fan room with cold water only, but was clean. The small beach on the property is nothing spectacular. Would go elsewhere for a good beach. The location is a bit of a distance from Haad Rin (nightlife area, full moon) and it costs about 100 - 200 baht for a ride there. We ended up paying 100 baht to rent a scooter, but did not dare to drive to Haad Rin because of dangerous winding, hilly, dark roads.

Pro: price - you get what you pay for. also, leck the bartender is very kind.
Con: wi-fi in restaurant only, inconvenient in terms of proximity to nightlife, things to do, restaurants etc
Overall: was not bad, but personally would not stay here again
Tips: If you are on a budget, you can walk to Coco Garden from the Lomprayah pier - the touts overcharge and you can walk it in 15 minutes.

We stayed here for 3 nights and found it a great place to stop off. Only a stones throw from the half moon party and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly the owner Adrian. A really fun and chilled place to stay with its own stretch of beach. Our room was basic but this reflected what we paid. Highly reccommend a stop here.

Me and some friends stayed here in 2011 on our tour of Thailand. Great place and lovely people. One of the owners is English so communicating is no problem whatsoever. About 10 minutes from the boat port as well and very close to the full moon, half moon and black moon parties.
This place was right on the beach with a bar and seating looking out to sea. What more could you want! Food is great too!
We had a few huge cockroaches in our room one night and asked to be moved which was no trouble at all with the staff.
Would definitely visit again!!!

Thank you Adrian, Nudi and Lee! We had a great time at this lovely place. Meals were great and the rooms were fantastic value. It's a great location, near the food market where I had some of my favourite meals ever! There is a team sense in the hotel, with everyone grouping together for the full moon party and taxis to and from it. Great cocktails and great people. I miss it very much!

Beautiful quiet little resort...bungalows clean and airy ...and right on the beach. the beach is a little stony, and is not the best for swimming....food is excellent and the bar is a great place to hang out lek the barman is great company if you are on your own . Cocos real strength is its staff ..who could not be more helpful.........if you want a nice relaxing place to stay ,only a short taxi ride away from the madness Cocos is your spot.

Room Tip: There was some construction going on ...although it didn't start early enough to bother us so just check when you book
