We wanted to escape the carnage of Phi Phi for a few nights so booked here, amazing value considering what we had on Phi Phi. Wonderful staff and very helpful the whole time. Room was clean and very decent size and good balcony. had to pay for wifi but had free internet at reception.

Pool area decent with a good sized pool and enough sunbeds. Mainly families but was actually quite refreshing as we had been partying/travelling for 3 weeks. Food was nice and i felt that breakfast was good.

hotel is in the middle of Long Beach but i'd say probabaly best walking north, best restaurants and bars were probably 15 minute walk. on our 2nd night there was an end of season beach party which was brilliant..hopefully families in hotel wernt kept awake as i;d say it was only 250 metres away.

beach is on sunset side and is lovely, pretty empty so great picture opportunity.

We stayed here for 6 nights in a garden villa. We loved the room, we did have an issue with the window in the bathroom being broken but they fixed this on the same day so we were happy with that.
The bed was huge and very comfy, and the room and bathroom all great.
We enjoyed the breakfast, it was more than adequate, and we always enjoyed a very leisurely breakfast with plenty to eat and lots of tea and coffee offered.
The location is great, and the pool is quite nice - small ish, and not very clear, but great for our daughter. We could sit on our balcony and watch her in the water so very relaxing for us.
They do have an issue of competitive sun bed hogging - I know it is hard for the hotel t manage this completely, however they really do need to at least try. People where 'bagging' sun beds the night before, and then not even sitting on them until after lunch, whilst other guests found they had nowhere to sit at all. At this price, it is not unreasonable to expect a sun bed so the hotel need to have a more assertive approach on this and remove towels off beds if they are not being used.
We enjoyed our stay here, and had no issues, however at the price it did it blow us away.
For lunch, we used the local lunch place next door along the beach - fab food at great prices, definitely recommended.

Stayed for 4 nights, booked in last minute and got the last room, so they give us a discount.
Positives were:
The room itself was fine, clean, quite spacious, small balcony. Bathroom was fine too.
it's a pretty good location on Long Beach, on the southern end, but easy to walk up the stretch of beach, and cheap to get a tuktuk to Saladan if you want to eat there.
Breakfast was ok. The pool was nice, good size. Overall the place is pretty well maintained.
Staff were really friendly and helpful. Beach by the hotel is nice. WIFI worked well in the rooms.
Negatives - housekeeping literally just make the bed/change the bedding. They don't really clean anything, this was a bit annoying given we were staying 4 nights, they should have cleaned the bathroom a lot better than they did.
The hotel was very full, so it wasn't exactly a peaceful place to stay. The pool was pretty crowded and noisy, and not that easy to get a sunbed, many hotel guests must have come out at 6am to put their towels down to reserve a bed! It was actually a lot nicer to sunbathe down on the beach rather than on the pool sunbeds.
Overall it's a pretty standard place, lacking in character, but serves its purpose well.

We stayed two nights in a poolside villa. The welcome from reception staff was efficient and friendly, all waiting staff were helpful and smiling, so no problems with service. The location was right on the beach, so we were able to go for a morning walk along the sand. The lovely swimming pool was right outside our door and was well maintained.
The only thing that lets the hotel down is that the rooms are past their best. Although they are spacious and clean, they are beginning to look a little tatty and in need of redecoration. For the price they charge you can find better.

Room Tip: Pool or beach villa

We stayed there April this year at the beginning of the low season. The resort was very quiet and the bar service just average. The beach bar was closed. Breakfast was al a carte and very average. Rooms were well maintained with no problems.Pool was quite nice with the lack of people.Beach area was quite dirty with a lot of rubbish and it would pay the hotel to maintain this small area.Close to a number of nice restaurants/cafe on the main road however a number were closing for the low season.
Not much to do on Lanta and will probably be our first/last visit.

Room Tip: We stayed in the main building first floor with nice sea view and balcony.
