Very good, great location, the pool access room was very nice... The breakfast at the peak resturant was great !! dinner in the evening was reasonable price for standard, nice pool at the cliff zone for chilling out and getting relax. We would recommend!”

Me and my partner stayed in August for just over a week and it was just beautiful!

We had a balcony deluxe room which had fantastic views of the pool and was a descent size. We would have loved being by the second pool which is closer to the beach, restaurant and pool bar.

The room service and house keeping was amazing! Our room was always tidy and had really quick room service for when ever you wanted something to eat! The food was also great! The only thing I didn't like was the crepes but all their thai food was delicious.

The only bad thing was probably the bed. It was rock hard, so not so good for people with bad backs.

The resort had everything I wanted and needed. All staff were super friendly. One thing I noticed is that tourists don't pay a lot of complements to the staff and I could tell that this had an impact on some of the staffs mood. So I payed a few compliments and to one girl she had the biggest smile on her faced and it completely changed her mood. So this is a big tip I give to travelers - pay compliments, they love it!

One staff member named Reem drove us back to the airport and he was one of the friendliest staff members there! Loved to have a chat and was really helpful with our questions about Thailand. This guy deserves a big pat on the back by his manager.

All in all a great resort. If you want somewhere quiet then this is the place. Koh Lanta was beautiful. Very small, so easy to explore. Not the best beach near the resort but about a 10 minute drive away the beach is beautiful!

Room Tip: Spend that bit extra for a better room.

Off the beaten track but worth the effort

Top notch resort which we didn't leave. Very quiet during low season. Food was good if you stick with the local dishes. The fresh tuna was especially good. Free wifi for long stays

We went during the low season and the weather was gloomy and wet. However the staff were very helpful, friendly and hospitable. At first we were given the pool view which we did not like and then they gave us a sea view room. The rooms are clean and spacious, good selection of tv channels. The pool is big, enjoyed drinks at the bar. Room service is fast and food is good. We also went to the spa twice, love the packages they offered. If there's something they could improve on is the small private beach below, there are garbage - empty bottles and bags that were washed ashore which is unsightly if ur laying out on the sand. The saladan town is also near the hotel and convenient to buy groceries. Overall its high quality service, food, cleanliness etc surpassed our expectations. We r definitely recommending this hotel to friends n family

Booked this place last minute. You need for transport to Ban sala dan the bus service from the hotel, in low season a little bit less, but the local transporters feel well with it. Lanta town is about 20 minutes drive, but the main town is Ban sala Dan. We were eating a few times at the black pearl restaurant at the restaurant street of ban sala dan. The rooms are convenient, spacious and clean, the pool is very nice. The hotel has very steep hills, but you can call whenever you want the reception and they pick you up by golf car. What cn they improve: The quality of the bed linen, the storage of the bed linen is in some large storage rooms where it smells horrible (insecticide?) all the towels and other stuff is smelling musty, add some ventilation to these rooms. If you are on Lanta do the 4 island trip and be carefull if you heading for ko lanta. They dropped us of at he first pier, but you have to go twice by boat to reach Ko Lanta, in between the to boat trips there is about 5 kilometer land you have to travel.

Room Tip: Rooms on top of the hotel by the pool are very nice, because there is a good golf car service to the...

We stayed for 4 nights at Crown Lanta Resort in a pool access room. There were 2 things we would suggest. The bathroom needed some shelving in it as there was no space at all on the sink bench. We found that when exiting the pool there needed to be an extra step to help you get out. The housekeeping was fantastic, we had gone to have breakfast and come back to a clean fresh room. Great.. We hired a scooter for 3 days to get around and see as much as possible. The views from the resort are magnificent. The dining staff were fantastic along with housekeeping. Loved our stay !!!

Hotel staff were pleasant and friendly and the view was great but thats about the best of it.
The room was not cleaned properly (previous guest hair still on shampoo bottle) (lotion (I hope) on the pillow case on the sofa) little things ,like no bottle opener in the room, slippers that have someone else's feet in them, Advertise that there is lcd/plasma in room and still have the old Tv's, old worn out towels, told sorry we dont have anymore ice! we need to go to town to get it. Hang on this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel and the only person that should be responsible for this is the General manager obviously not paying enough attention to detail. Mind you this is low season in thailand and we still payed 5500baht for the night, I'd avoid this one
