One of the best beaches in Ko Lanta. The southern part of the island is lined up with scenic beaches, but Kantiang Bay stands out. Clean water, clean sand, ideal for swimming. It's got shacks, so good food is never far away.

We really enjoy this beach.
No people, nice water without too much rocks.
Only weakpoint no shadow, so avoit time between 13 and 16H00.

Great peaceful beach located about 10 mins ride from klong nin beach. Much better beach than long nin in my opinion and is much cleaner and the sea is perfect for swimming. Only criticism is that again it is very tidal and the sea comes in a rate of knots and out likewise so if you fall asleep you may get wet if you're not careful.

Could do with a bit more choice in terms of bars and a shop but it is a remote beach so can't ask for too much.

Certainly not a wonderful beach by SE Asian standards but in my opinion better than the others on lanta

Easy to get to, lovely stretch of beach nice and clean sand. Lovely clean water and a few nice places to eat. However they did have the dreaded sea lice when we were there so very stingy to swim in the sea.

If you are looking for a lovely, pretty clean beach, without sunbeds and tons of people, but with a few monkeys, wild dogs, a handful beach restaurants, great sunsets, a fun bar, this is the place. Also a good base to explore the south of Koh Lanta on a motorbike easily rented for 200 baht a day. Spent 6 days here by myself, are definitely coming back!
