You will love it here. The rooms are clean and big, the food is fantastic (we tried a number of spots along the beach, and I actually think Nice Beach Resort has the best food), and the staff are very helpful. The view is unbelievable, and they have a pool overlooking the ocean. I’d recommend booking your excursions and trips through their front staff too — the woman who works here actually offered us better deals for trips than we found at our previous guesthouse or online, and is very knowledgeable. Amenities like scooter rental, atm, convenience store for new sunscreen are all very nearby.

My husband and I are on a bit of a budget trip, and stayed at a hotel off the road for our first night in Koh Lanta. If you are torn between the two options, I’d recommend staying right on the beach — you spend a bit more on the room, but save money on food/drink since you can hang out beach front all day without feeling pressured to buy anything at the restaurant. And you’ll want to hang out here — the beach is gorgeous!

the pool, the beach, the A2 room, the staff and the restaurant are nice and ok.They should refurbish some chalet because some are old and need some paint.the beach is all for u. the pool quite small but it is ok. u can rent a scooter and ride around the island. halal foods are everywhere.

we arrived on 23rd April 2017 at 4pm. Check in was ok, just show ur itenary and they will give ur room key. our room was A2, deluxe beach front. their staff helped us to carry our bags (please give some tips to them or sadaqah).

Room Tip: ask for the A2 room. this room is at beach front.

Very bad experience here.

Food - ordered BBQ'd snapper and prawns with baked potato which were overpriced in comparison to other places along the beach doing the same thing but thought for the price it can't be bad, how wrong we were!
Both dishes were smothered in burnt garlic sauce of some sort and the jacket potato was rock solid. The prawns were seriously over cooked and dry and chewy. The snapper was dripping in sauce.

Service - with only 10 tables taken and 5 staff you would think they would be a bit attentive but all the staff just sat at the back of the restaurant talking or on there phones.. We had to walk over to ask for drinks and to order..
Personally I would stay well clear of the restaurant, gives Klong nin a bad name..
If you want this type of food head to beach side, richeys or j Dee all really good..

Ok it's not the Hilton but there are so many pluses as we used it as a base to explore the island on a hired scooter. The room was basic but acceptable; the breakfast was good on order; the pool was clean and there were some sun beds; the beach was beautiful; the sun sets amazing - it certainly had a rustic charm about the place and we enjoyed our stay.

If you are looking for a clean, simple hotel located on the beach that's your choice. They have simple bungalows on the beach and cheaper across the road. It was on a tight budget so did not mind to cross the small road. Had a big room, very basic with huge bathroom. It had all I needed and it was clean. There is a small pool which I never used ( I never do pools ;)) lived their beach restaurant and in the night freshly cought seafood from the grill! Staff was very nice and helpful with all info you need. The beach in front the property is just beautiful
