My partner and I are absolute foodies and fell in love with Time for Lime's as soon as we had our first meal and went several times. We attempted to go for several days, but hadn't checked their opening times (they don't open until around 3pm and were closed on a Sunday) - but good things come to those who wait!
Their 6 course taster menu was a fantastic Asian fusion with the freshest of ingredients (the king mackerel was caught a few hours ago by sea gypsies!). The taster menu introduced me to some new dishes which I may not have tried before but will definitely be looking out for them now! Could not fault the food, ambiance or service!
The cooking teacher (Mai, I think) was such a character and as we were the last ones in the restaurant we had a chat with her for around 20mins. Ridiculously passionate about the food and such a warm person - you couldn't help but enjoy her company.
This was our favourite restaurant on Lanta - not just for the food but for feeling very welcome, great views and lovely ambiance.
Keep doing what you're doing guys (especially as it's all for a good cause!).
We will be back!
