My partner and I are absolute foodies and fell in love with Time for Lime's as soon as we had our first meal and went several times. We attempted to go for several days, but hadn't checked their opening times (they don't open until around 3pm and were closed on a Sunday) - but good things come to those who wait!

Their 6 course taster menu was a fantastic Asian fusion with the freshest of ingredients (the king mackerel was caught a few hours ago by sea gypsies!). The taster menu introduced me to some new dishes which I may not have tried before but will definitely be looking out for them now! Could not fault the food, ambiance or service!

The cooking teacher (Mai, I think) was such a character and as we were the last ones in the restaurant we had a chat with her for around 20mins. Ridiculously passionate about the food and such a warm person - you couldn't help but enjoy her company.

This was our favourite restaurant on Lanta - not just for the food but for feeling very welcome, great views and lovely ambiance.

Keep doing what you're doing guys (especially as it's all for a good cause!).

We will be back!

Spent the day in the cookery school. Very good teacher to show us how to make delicious food. Course was well priced as were the drinks. Good to know that the proceeds are going to a good cause also...

Dear Guest,
Thank you SO much for taking time to write this review. Unfortunately it's posted in the wrong category:

If you google Time For Lime, Koh Lanta. You will find a easy link to our Cooking School Tripadvisor listing on the bottom of OUR official web pages. If you can copy and paste your review in the correct category, this would be great.

Thank you again! The more happy customers we get, the more we can support Lanta Animal Welfare as they are dependant on the profits from Time for Lime to continue the important work they do for animals in distress.

Thank you in advance, and happy cooking ;o)

I had dinner and cocktails several times in time for lime and was always delighted. The place is pretty, with Beach front, and great atmosphere. Also the cooking classes are really worthy as you learn easy thai cooking that you can make at your own home country, all explained in detail by Junie. It is also good because you get to meet new people in the class and all wat together as we cook. Not to mention that all the profits go to support lanta animal welfare center.

Fantastic place to learn to cook authentic Thai food, sample the brilliant menu or just sit back and enjoy one of their fabulous cocktails. Mai is terrific teacher and very entertaining. The proceeds go the restaurant and cooking school all go to the Lana Animal Welfare centre, which was actually initiated by Time for Lime owner, Junie Kovacs. We will be back!
