Booked this hotel at the kiosk at Krabi airport and got rate of 3000B. Welcome at hotel was nice, rooms more than good enough, clean, mosquito tight without needing a net , the refurbished ones do have really nice bathrooms though so get one of those if you can.
The only two gripes I had with the hotel were the breakfast and the pool area.

Once you have four or five people round the pool it becomes very crowded and not very inviting to anyone else.

The breakfast though was an issue for us.... there seemed to be a HUGE amount of cost saving and penny pinching going on.
Everything was heavily watered down, the juices, the milk, even the coffee .... had to convert to tea while staying here, and even then tea bags where on very strict rations and had to be very insistent to get hold of a teabag rather than accept the large watered down pots of tea.
Understand need to make profit, but this really was pushing things too far, the premade waffles at breakfast were cut into waffle 'fingers' to reduce the amount that people took, and bacon was 'ham sitting in a dish of warm water'. With the exception of the rather stern man supervising breakfast (and guarding the teabags) the staff were ok, not typical Thai friendly but ok. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful though. Generally found breakfast at the Ozone further down the beach a better bet.

Internet access is charged for and is ok but computer gets busy, but if you have your own laptop then there is free wifi in the reception area which is very handy.
The grounds are very nice and kept clean, so apart from breakfast this is an ok place to stay but for 3000B per night there are much more cost efficient places to stay.

Oh and annoyingly rooms are locked with a padlock which meant I ovten left the room and locked it without bringing the key out, which meant much searching for the spare key at reception.

We stayed here 1 night. Bungalows are quite pricey. We booked through a local travel agent. You pay the price (3300 Baht per night incl breakfast buffet) for a renovated room, but the room we got was definitely not renovated. They do have new, renovated rooms though.

However the bungalow was spacious, clean, quiet and had good functioning airco. Staff in the hotel is very friendly, the pool is great and big but be aware that a lot of families with kids come here - so very crowded and noisy at the pool side. The big restaurant serves good food for an OK price. Resort is right on the beach amongst other upscale resorts.

If you're willing to pay a bit more than average and if you have kids, this place is recommendable.
