Less tourist park, with small temple area, but the architecture with dragon-naga and also small lake make the place good photograph spot. Don;t miss it.

Small, again lovely at sunset, pretty grounds. Worth a visit to tick off the 'must see' list. Sunset is a good time to go & the tuk tuk tour we did was great - our driver was very good.

“Special Details”

Wat Phra Ram is not the biggest or fanciest of the wats in the city, but it has it’s own charm. Located in the park and across the street from Ancient Palace it is convenient and rather charming. The walls around the wat appear to be intact and still have archways over the entrances. There are some good relief carvings, and bits and pieces of statuary scattered throughout the compound. It makes for great photographs from across the lake or ponds, especially with the cranes poking around. It is also one of the few wats that are lit up at night, so it’s worth walking or driving by after dark.
