The hotel is new and clean. The service staff were attentive and friendly. Overall, the hotel experience was excellent. Convenient location and they have reliable tuk tuk drivers dedicated to serving hotel customers. Success of the place may be because people in ayutthaya are more friendly than people in bangkok.
Train tickets to ayutthaya starts only at 15 baht, good to visit.

Very good rooms, well equipped, modern and functional. Food is excellent, with very large western and oriental breakfast.
Location is good, near night market and shopping malls.

This is a superb hotel. To say my room was enormous doesn't do it justice. It was a shame I stayed here alone. The lobby is ok, the staff was very nice and check in was quick. I thought they made a mstake with my room. I had a full size dining table, full kitchen 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and even a washing machine. bathrooms came equipped with both showersw and tubs. The kitchen came equiped with plates, silverware, glasses. I had 3 flat screen TVs. I also had a nice size living room. each room came in equiped with remote controlled AC units. the room came with every possible amenity imaginable.
Breakfast was served on the first floor in a very nice dining hall. A good varierty of western and Thai food was offered along with my favorite; an omelet station. Apparently, this hotel chain caters to the corporate clients who stay in loctions for weeks or months. Since this clientele can be demanding, the hotel provided fantastic service and impeccable service. The hotel also has a very nice pool on the the top floor and a pretty nice excerise room. I would have to say this was probably the second best hotel I have ever stayed in. I would recommend this to anyone, whether traveling alone, with a family or on business.
Another convenience is that there is a 7-11 just a yards down the road.
My husband and I stayed here for only 1 night in March while traveling throughout Thailand. I wish we had booked more time. Our "room" was wonderful. It has a bedroom, bathroom, living/dining room and kitchen with a washing machine. I could have lived in that hotel room for an extended period of time for sure. Our room was exceptionally clean and the view from our balcony was wonderful. We spent a little bit of time at the rooftop pool as well and felt the atmosphere was very relaxing. Our bed was amazingly comfortable and extra pillows were available in the cabinet.
The only thing we were slightly unsatisfied with was our room service food. For a restaurant that touts itself as a wonderful place for steaks, we were not impressed witht the beef we got. We were kind of tired of Thai food and burgers sounded great to us. When we bit into them they were red to the point of raw and full of grisly pieces about the size of a quarter. Just stay away from the burgers and I imagine the food would be delicious.
We hit up the buffet breakfast before we left and were very satisfied with that as well. There was a good range of options and everything tasted good. If I were to go back to Thailand I would spend much more time in Ayutthaya. The ruins there were great and the whole city just left us with a good vibe.
Family of four: two adults, two small children, stayed two nights.
Washer in room was key. Dryer would have been nice, but can't really complain about that. The room, by the way, was excellent. We had a spacious one-bedroom suite, with large living room, kitchenette, and large bedroom. Our kids slept on a couch in the living room. The pool is nice and open to the sky on the 16th floor. Can't say that the clientele hanging around the pool were top shelf, however. Breakfast (included) was decent at the hotel restaurant.
One weird thing happened: We ordered takeout from the restaurant, which they insisted upon bringing up to our room. This was fine, until the server refused to give us a receipt! At first, he left us one of the three copies of the bill. He then reappeared at our door a few minutes later, barged in, and demanded (in faux-polite Thai style) that we give him the receipt or his manager would be mad. Small black mark on an otherwise great stay.
