Location wise this resort is very good as it is in proximity to major tourist attractions, market and bus terminal.
Resort itself is quite nice but lacks detailing. It is not at all user friendly for elderly and handicaps, which can be improved with little bit of detailing if the Hotel management choose to care.

Rooms are quite nice and spacious but toilet are pathetic and need improvement.

Terraces attached to all rooms are a good feature and a good view is there if you get a higher cottage. the lower rooms have the advantage of proximity to play area and park. Resort was full of fruity trees like plums, peach etc and flowers were blooming which was a good experience and exposure to city bred kids. Kids will like this place because of lawn , swings and small park
Breakfast spread is good but needs improvement in north indian dishes.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms on road level to get good view and also avoid climbing up and down as the stairs are not userfriendly

Beautiful hotel, rooms are well planed, only big steps were diffecult for my parents.
Houskeeping and room service was very good. Check out time is very early.
Mr. Willians F&B manager and Sajayan Captain at the restaurent were very helping. They arranged Jain food at buffet also for me.

The hotel is Ideally located - next to croakers walk and opposite Bryant park. Cottages are good. Bathrooms are pathetic. The furniture in the rooms and the bathroom needs a overhaul.

Breakfast spread is good. However the ala carte food needs a lot of improvement especially the North Indian food.

Hotel has a small park which is good if you travel with children.

Service is average.

The rate is expensive for the service and facilities offered.

Can be considered if the rates are lower.

I had visited this place in May 2013, had booked 3 rooms for 2 nights it costed me ~25k INR, for that amount i do not think i got my money worth.

Had one meal and that was it did not find it worth visiting again.

Its an OK resort. It has got sufficient parking space, and the location of the resort is also good.
