We visited this place based on heavy recommendations from friends. The place is a small one run by a father and his daughter (i presume) .. we picked the wrong day - it was a Saturday afternoon and the place was packed with the kids from the Kodai International school - and being a small place that lent to a noisy atmosphere... we placed our order and looking at the crowd thought that it would take more than 30-40 mins to serve. Much to our surprise, it was served within 20 mins. The food was yummy - we loved all the stuff that we tried. the lemon/ginger tea was especially amazing! We ended up with a full & satisfying meal - and then came the bill! Would you believe it - just 600 buck for 4 people! This is a must try in case you like non-veg food!

Thank Reno D

This place is on PT Road (towards the fag end of it) and is run by an old Tibetan couple who speak good Tamil :) I was a little skeptical initially because it looked very small but once we entered the little joint, it seemed cosy and clean. The food was definitely reasonably priced and was prepared fresh which I liked.Their Lemon Ginger Honey tea was really nice and so was the Chicken wonton soup and Mutton/ chicken steamed momos. We went there twice in our stay of 3 days at Kodai, and the food quality was consistent both the times with a warm service. We went at around 6:30pm for ealry dinner so there was not much rush and quite a few tables were empty. For the 2 of us, the bill was not more than Rs. 500 and we were absolutely full!! Worth a visit if you are looking for some TIbetan food in Kodaikanal..

Good restaurant if you like tibetan foods. Momo and spring rolls were really tasty. Avoid chicken chilly as it is very oily. Due to much hype, it is very crowded so go there around 12:30 pm or ask for takeaways.

We are regular visitors to this restaurant, located on pt road. The service is very very friendly and the food served is piping hot.The best dish we like in this restaurant is Chilly beef and chicken steamed momo's.
The wanton soup is also a good option but very filling.
