My stay at Richwin hotel was really pleasant. The location was really nice. It's just 2 mins. walk from Coaker's Walk and Byrant Park. Also Kodai Lake is at walking distance. Some great restaurants are also at walking distance. The room was spacious equipped with LCDs. Only downside was that water is available only from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM and there is a makeshift kitchen to meet the minimal expectation of breakfast and dinner.

We reached kodai around 9:15p.m, At hotel no facility even they didn't serve water. We took our own water bottle. Bed was also broken. We booked for 2 days but they didn't even came for cleaning. even though rooms are available at 1st and 2nd floor they didn't gave those rooms. Never ever book this hotel. No room service at all.

It is a very good place to stay with affordable prices. It is walk-able distance from Bus Stand, Kodai Lake, Coaker's Walk. Also, very near to the boarding points for various tour buses. I liked the breakfast on the terrace. It is great ambiance having food at the top.

stayed for 3 nights.,clean, decent and comfortable place. the staff members were cordial and prompt, ideally located,,,,reasonable price.

hot water should have been provided for longer hours, an exhaust fan needed in the loo, a clothes hanger and a mirror were required in the twin room. food was good but tea n coffee were very expensive,,,,,,

The hotel is located at 100 metres from Coaker's Walk. And if you book a deluxe room with balcony facing east, you can get an awesome view of sunrise.
All other major points are walkable [Lake-around 800 mts]

The room-service is average and do not expect any cleaning if you book a standard room over the weekend.

Room Tip: Book this hotel only for its location. Apart from that, there is nothing good about the hotel.

One of the good things about this hotel is it's location: it's a stone's throw away from some of the prominent locations within the city such as Coaker's Walk, Bryant Park, Kodai lake. It's also very close to some of the fine-dining restaurants in town (Astoria, Woodlands, Dominos, etc.) and also the Kodaikanal Bus Stand. The rooms, though seem a little small at first glance, are very clean, cozy & comfortable for a short-trip lasting not more than 2-3 days. The hotel staff is well-behaved and the room service is prompt & good. There isn't a dine-in restaurant but there are quite a lot of good food options in about 500-1000 metre radius to make-up for this. Would certainly recommend this place to visitors as a good value for money hotel.

Room Tip: Since there is no elevator, it is advisable to book rooms in the ground floor/1st floor in case you...

Location : Best thing about hotel is its location. It is near by 3 best points of kodai. Specially Coakers walk and Bryant park and just 3 min walk let you reach kodai lake and shopping street.

Cleanliness: Very clean hotel.

Comfort and Luxury: Room are also very comfortable. They don't have balcony in every room However room interior is pretty good. you can just see the shine of every item placed in room. Bathrooms are clean and big. They don't provide coffee maker, fruit basket, microwave as symbol of luxury However they are not charging also.

Price: Best thing about hotel is price. Just go for it.. you won't regret.

Room Tip: I stayed in their suit room. However just to help all visitors i checked deluxe and standard rooms a...
