Had visited along with family with lots of hope to get good food n service. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT; as they got a banquet function on 24 Jan going on.. CHINESE was not available as it was mentioned that restaurant is busy because of banqueting. We accepted that, but delay in roti n Naan n waiting for almost 20-25 mins with the curry left in the plate made us agree tat we made a wrong choice. It was a family get together. Our motive was never to get discount or freebies... I hope the hospitality sector must understand that building facade is not only enough. While at the time of payment the cashier just mentioned the server to take care. It’s heights now... the supervision must be in starting not at the end. Someone should be available to take guests feedback. Why such CHAOS n why do I need to suffer for no reason. If they are over busy they can always say no... many other places to go n visit.... for sure the management should look into this high alert situation
