“Good place to eat by the border”
Reviewed November 8, 2013

Very convenient for the border. A lot of work has gone into decorating Sarhad, with quirky Pakistani art work, and it's nice to see both Amritsari and Lahori food on the menu. Quick service, tasty food, all the dishes we ordered were delicious, both veg and non veg. And shockingly clean washrooms. A good find, would definately go back if I'm ever at to the border again.

“Nice Stop before border”
Reviewed October 31, 2013

Nice open joint with colourfull Auto Rickshaws in driveway depicting pakistani paint art. Decent seating arrangement. also has choice to sit in open & enjoy sun in winters. Chicken Malai Tikka was good but food is over-priced & expansive as compared to city standards.

“Good experience at 'Sarhad' little away from our country's sarhad”
Reviewed October 12, 2013

I got a chance to visit the restaurant at Sarhad during our family trip to Punjab last year. The ambiance and location is great. Good options of Amritsary and Lahori cuisines are available but are priced little high. I found the service little slow, quality of food was good. A different place to eat and experience if one visits Wagah border.

“Nice location... it could be better”
Reviewed September 15, 2013

Nice location. Air conditioned restaurant with big kitchen but not so big sitting area. Well maintained garden. We went there around 4 pm and there was only one occupied table. We ordered some snacks and they were eatable... nothing special or tempting. Servers were polite but could be more efficient. Their business seems to be limited becoz of tourist going to see parade on border.

For me it is a restaurant with average food in good environment for families....
Restrooms were clean but were smelling badly as no ventilation.
