First of all, this isn't a restaurant. It is part of Sikh tradition to serve those around them by participating in a common kitchen and serving all those who come to partake in the meal. Yes its free food, but its not viewed as food but as prasad (communion).
The food is exclusively vegetarian. And most importantly, it is not appreciated if you waste the food. You can ask for seconds if you want, but then gluttony isn't also taken to very kindly.
Having said all this, its one of the finest meals you can have. Its simple food. Its delicious food and nothing compares to it.
