Owner description: India's leading producer of wines, Sula Vineyards is located amidst the rolling hills of Nashik overlooking the Gangapur Dam. Come and experience the Sula life at our vineyards where you can go for a tour of the winery followed by a wine tasting session. Have lunch at one of our restaurants and stay back at the stunning Beyond Vineyard Resort by Sula which is located 10 mins away from our winery.

Sula vineyard is nasik's new attaraction situated near Dam and in cool enviroment which make you fill cheerful in all ways. Vineyard organises many festival and attractions for tourist. It gives a diffrent kind of blend for tung. but its newly launched restaurant service make anybody unhappy as it is haveing strict timeings. its seeems like restaurant like an office canteen which opens on time and closes on time. a new open banquet garden is good to see but bad to fill as it contains many insects.

Vineyard Holidays are still quite off beat in the Indian context.Sula does well in adressing the niche segment. The Vineyard is definitely awesome for those who have not visited one before. The view from the first floor sit-out is nice, overlooking the plantation. But the tasting experience and walk through the production facility is better at Zampa, though.Personally Zampa scores far ahead in explaining you, the wine making process and their location is excellent. But Sula, has size of operations- running a restaurant, memento shop ,a cafe and unlike Zampa they run the Vineyard visit operations as a vital contributory, to their earning figures it seems. Nice place to hang out as this kind of outing with family/friends is definitely new and has to be experienced. It's a picnic, open restaurant experience and wine making learning experience- Cocktail!
We travelled all the way from Delhi to explore this niche segment and it was worth it.................

“A must visit”
Reviewed October 16, 2012

I'm guilty of skipping Trayambakeshwar and instead visiting Sula Vineyards but, God forgive me for this, the trip was amazing.
They have a 15 minute walk through of how wines are processed and give you 5 different wines to taste(they charge Rs.150 per person). There are 2 restaurants(Italian and Indian cuisines) where you can have your lunch/dinner. They are a tad expensive but you won't have any other option.
The staff is courteous and pretty knowledgeable about the Wine making process and the wine itself.
A must visit for anyone who loves exploring options to satisfy the traveler in himself. Well, that was a bit poetic but the first 3 words basically sum up my review.

“Superb SULA!!!”
Reviewed October 1, 2012

had been here with group of friends and I must say this is one of the best attractions around Nashik(other than the famous temples in the city). The place is around 13 kms from the mumbai nashik express highway just a turn before the Taj Nashik(tapovan) and after the beautiful temple of Dharm Chakra. The route may seem a little village like but the place isnt.Peacefully located in the interiors, away from the hustle bustle of the nashik City..its calm, serene and simply awesome. They have two prime restaurants ; Soma whihc servies indian(veg + Non veg) while Little italy serves veg italian. Please note about the timings while you visit: Food Timings open in the afternoon until 3-3.30 and re-opens at 7 for dinner. For the wine tasting, the price is 150 per person for tasting 4 wines 30 ml each at the tasting room. The winery tour happnes every hourly basis and end at 5.30 being the last tour. For the wine tasting, the sessions are placed accordingly to match the tour and the tasting, avoiding any clashes. However you need t know that the winery is closed on Sunday and hence the tour is a pure explanatory(without actual visit to the wineries)tour.the staff is courteous and helful to suggest for the wines, the activities and the tasting.best time to visit is Winters around November as the vineyards add to a lot of greenery around. The place is worth a visit(Free of Cost entry) for the scenic beauty of the vineyards, the lake and not to forget the lovely taste of wines(if you like it). There is also an outlet from where you can purchase wines and lot of wine accessories.the wine bottle rates are decent 15-20pct lower than market rates and worth a buy post the tasting session. thats what all composes and compliments it to be a Superb SULA!!
