We were here in early may 2012. The hotel is done very stylishly. Modern, uncluttered look with a lot of textures, and aesthetically very pleasing. We had the smaller room that's outside the main hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. We were with friends who had taken a similar room inside which was also good.
The place felt more like a B&B than a hotel. We had use of the living and dining areas to ourselves and that was a big plus for us and the kids. The scenery from the room/ dining room is very good. We watched the fog rolling in at night over the valley.
Customer service was excellent. Shinto and Atheist always had big smiles and were very accommodating. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.
Some cons: We missed having grounds to walk on and wished there were some books/magazines/DVDs and some playthings for the kids like chess/carrom board etc. (the Tata sky HD box was useful)More
