Beautiful setting with stunning views from the restaurant. Good location just out of the mayhem of Munnar! Pleasant staff and a comfortable and clean room. Slightly reticent to provide food other then their Indian buffet on offer, but when you do get something a la carte, it's good.
Only advice would be to start asking for an extra blanket when you arrive! It gets very cold at night, and took us numerous requests to eventually get one. Otherwise a good place to stay.

This hotel is far better than many hotels in munnar,The best part is the view from the Galaxy room and the bad part is Food which is not not so great,Rooms are cosy and front desk executives are friendly.Morning Tea Garden view from the balcony with a cup of coffee is a great experience. The Tea musuem is stone throw away and hotel is located in munnar town. The Tea Garden view from the restaurant and the Galaxy Room is wonderful. There are rooms avlaible for the cab drivers.I suggest this hotel for couples and families.Overall its a Pleasant stay for me.

Room Tip: Galaxy Rooms

its a good neat and clean hotel, in main munnar, market is nearby, rooms are clean, good houskeeping, garden view rooms are much better, parking space is there.

i faced only one problem there, that is room service, you will not get food in your room, when buffet is ready in the restaurant, or if you want something that can be ordered from buffet menu only.

I stayed in the hotel for a couple of days from December 10 to 12th.We had 3 rooms booked for me and my family.I wanted Galaxy rooms facing tea estates, but had to manage with the deluxe rooms which are smaller compared to Galaxy rooms. However, these rooms are also cozy, decent and clean.Bath rooms are spacious and clean.
Hotel is located very close to town. One can easily walk to roam around or to buy things and shopping. In spite of its vicinity to town center, it remains a calm and quiet place to relax. One can enjoy morning walk along the road viewing the tea gardens around.
The hotel has only one restaurant, but serves good food and breakfast.
The hotel is small, and provides an advantage like a home away from home.
Overall, the stay was comfortable.Would not mind repeating.

Room Tip: Try getting Galaxy rooms, which are more spacious and a better view

It's clean, and it's close to town and that's about all I can say that is good. The hotel is completely uninspiring. It has no charm. The view, which is supposed to be the outstanding aspect of the hotel, is only visible from the restaurant, or if you have a room facing the hillside. I had a view of the parking lot from my room. The view was nice from the restaurant but not worth the visit.

The most disappointing part about the hotel was the food. There is so much excellent food in Munnar. It's such a disappointment to have mediocre food. The complimentary breakfast was tepid, not hot, and not very tasty. Even the chai was bad. How can you have bad chai in Munnar? That's pretty sad. Plus they served it in paper cups. Really? Is this a cost savings? They couldn't give you a real cup that doesn't burn your hands or collapse in your hands? That is just pathetic.

The service was also poor. They made we wait at the desk while they stood around doing nothing. They charged me for someone else's meal. The internet at the hotel didn't work the whole time I was there.

The sheets were clean. I was grateful for that.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with the view (I am not sure which direction this is)
