its really beautiful to see the tea gardens around munnar, its a great view, we walked around the gardens to take pictures also did a trekk.

“Beutiful tea gardens everywhere!”

Tea gardens are the best part of Munnar. Tea gardens make the already beautiful hills more enjoyable. Enjoyed a lot.

Munnar (Malayalam: മുന്നാർ) is a town in the southwestern state of Kerala, India. Munnar is situated around 1600 m above sea level, [2] in the Western Ghats range of mountains and is a hill station
The name Munnar is believed to mean "three rivers referring to the location at the confluence of the Madhurapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundaly rivers
Munnar town is situated on the Kannan Devan Hills village in Devikulam taluk and is the largest panchayat in the Idukki district in Kerala having an area measuring nearly 557 km².[citation needed]
The nearest major railway stations are at Ernakulam and Aluva (approximately 140 kilometres (87 mi) by road). The nearest airport is Cochin International Airport, which is 105 kilometres (65 mi) away.

It was good to see all the machines and the process on how the tea powder get prepared. Overall nice trip to tea musem. Entry fees is Rs.100, i think

“Good picture opportunity”

Lots of local people help you to click decent photos. The best part is they charge only 30 Rs (Approx 0.5 USD) and also give a print of the photo!

Do get some clicked and have your memories stay with you!!
