I was at this property last month. Found it to be perfectly calm n peaceful place. Location is perfect, food is also very good and it's very near (walking distance) to the Panjim market n church if u wanna visit. Very close to Miramar beach as well. I found it value for money and will be going again as the time permits.

Heart of the city & yet so quiet and pristine . Really enjoyed the over night stay here , The architecture is literally a century old and yet so nice and fresh to feel. The best part is you get to see the city life which is a walking distance from here .

What a beautiful, artistic hotel. I was looking to stay somewhere with character and class and this hotel delivered that perfectly. You feel like you're staying in "real India" and not just a carbon copy of every hotel room around the world.

The architecture, art and attention to detail was second to none. The food and cleanliness was perfect.

I can't wait to come back.

Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Room tip: All rooms would be tranquil due to the general setting.

This Hotel aims to be quaint and stylish and it worked.
This is a 100 Years old Portuguese Bungalow with those typical sloping roof tile look converted into a Heritage hotel.
Welcomed by a courteous and a lovely member of the staff. We were escorted to our room.
Rooms are spacious and beds comfy guaranteeing a good nights sleep. Bathrooms are HUGE.

When you stay here you tend to recollect a dialogue from the movie Mr. India. “ Room ke aage balcony. Balcony ke aage garden aur garden ke aage samundar “.
The hotel has Serene Surrounding and a lovely Ambience
The hotel is at a walking distance from the best casinos of Goa. Panjim Market, Multiplexes, Award winning restaurants and beaches are just 5/10 mins away by foot.
Breakfast was served at the balcony adjoining our room
Kudos to Chef Gobind for a fabulous spread of sausages , scrambled eggs, omelette, fresh Juices etc.
Also the owner of the Hotel Mr. Bijlani is very pro active makes it a point to make the guests comfortable.
Bar is well stocked.
A little Gem you must not miss and to experience the rich heritage and Portuguese architecture of the Hotel when in Goa.
Hope to be here again soon.
