Description: The first restaurant has 16 years of trajectory founded in 2001 by Andres and Valeria an Argentine couple who fell so deeply in love with the island that chose it as a home. They went out of their way to make the restaurant as unique as possible in every aspect, combining their argentine routs with the islander lifestyle. In 2002 the restaurant was already a very successful business due to its cuisine potential. The restaurant is known for its famous beef tenderloin, fillet mignon and grilled lobster tail. But those are only the most popular dishes, it counts with a very extended menu, which includes; vegetarian dishes, pastas, seafood, steaks, and amazing desserts. The reputation of the restaurant is based on the quality of the ingredients, all the meat is premium and imported, it is also prepared in the moment and with no toxic gas to set the fire on. There are also daily specials prepared with the ingredients of best quality that change according the shipment arrivals.

We stayed at Paradise hotel for two weeks this January. The Argentinian is the best food / dining experience we had the entire time! I would highly recommend this place for anyone! The Surf & Turf was sooooo delicious and reasonably priced!

We dined one night at the Argentinian Grill on West Bay Beach. We had the crab special, which was great -- we just needed an easier way to get at the crab! Drinks were nicely done and the price was reasonable. Atmosphere was great!

We had the half sirloin and the snapper. We ordered breaded eggplant and grilled shrimp for appetizers. They were excellent too. I liked the sauce for the the bread sticks. They were really good mojitos. I`m only giving this a 3 out of 5 because our friends who eat there often say the rest of food isn`t that good. The service was horrible: our server got our appetizers mixed up, some of us never received theirs, got our main course mixed up, walked away with my husband`s after he said it was his, made two of my orders....got the bills mixed up...

The restaurant looks new and the decor is really nice. Even the bathrooms are well done in stone. I would eat there again though.

There is definitely better places to enjoy a meal in West End, and at half the price too! The service was the best thing about this place.

Honestly, had we not had a bad experience at the West Bay location, the Argentinean Grill would be our top pick for all restaurants in Roatan. We first stopped at the Half moon Bay location for desert and wine. We were promptly greeted; we requested beach seating and immediately served desert and wine. We reviewed the menu and decided to come back for dinner the next evening. Again, great service at the Half Moon Bay location, great tenderloin, great Malbec house wine, great snapper—it was FABULOUS and a good value for the quality. On New Years, we decided to try the West End location and were very disappointed in the service. To be fair the power had gone out and it was New Years so perhaps the staff was stressed. We had a female waitress (Valeria) and she seemed perturbed to be waiting tables that evening. I asked for water and a bottle was sat down at the table with a brisk thump with no offering of a glass. The food arrived and it was delicious (tenderloin and ribs). Never once did our waitress to come back to see how the meal was, did we need more wine, etc and by now the power had been restored and all was back to normal. At the end, our bill contained an extra charge for a second glass of wine and cocal cola. When I pointed this out to her, she got snappy and said “is that all?” She then returned the corrected bill with no apology for the error although the hostess did apologize. We then returned to the Half Moon Bay location one more accession—the service there was much better.
