During our trip to Roatan, we returned to eat at Roatan Oasis three times...yes it was that good! And what is best is that the owners change the menu every couple of days so that there is always something new to try. The food was very different from what you find at the other restaurants in the West End as the owners experiment with spices and different ingredients. Every meal that we had was flavorful and filling. All for a very reasonable cost!

Hands down my favorite restaurant in Roatan. The menu is always interesting and changes frequently. The food is fresh fresh fresh. Everything made in-house and absolutely delicious. Last night my favorite plate to-date - lentil/olive/goat-cheese burger with house-made chili jam, caramalised onion, aioli and sweet potato fries. So delicious! I often go for the veggie option here. Service is friendly, warm and extremely accommodating. Cool vibe on the deck up in the tree tops or down by the pool. Given the excellent food and service its always a surprise to get the bill - the prices are so reasonable. Oh, and always delish house-made deserts. Try the maple-bacon donuts for desert. Awesome! I eat here at least once a week if not more often.

Amazing food with an incredible wait staff and gracious owners. We visited this restaurant twice while staying on the island. The food is delicious, the menu is ever changing and the vegetarian options were plentiful. We were immediately welcomed into a friendly atmosphere with a pool table and flowing drinks. The service is a definite plus. The waitresses were attentive, and the owners, Will and Lauren, made sure to come over and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. All in all, best dining out experience on the island!

The owners were very personable and take great pride in cooking their food fresh and original. The bread appetizer with vodka tomatoes (hot!), garlic spread and olives was very tasty. I had the baked (or fried, I'm not sure) ravioli, and it was delicious. Most dishes we had at our table had quite a bit of spice in them, so order water with your meal :)

Being a resident of Roatan, Honduras, the dinner experiences at Roatan Oasis have been a really nice change from the usual Quesadillas, chicken wings, burgers or the BBQ chicken with sides. The food is great, the changing menu due to availability of ingredients at given time is welcome. Lauren and Will are really trying to make the best, and they do all they can for you to feel welcome.
We had friends visiting, and when leaving the restaurant, Will and Lauren offered to drive us the few minutes back into West End. That is full service.
