Nice view, my ceviche was very good and my wife's lobster was excellent. Service was good but the server kept turning the volume up to ear splitting levels which in itself is extremely rude, we could not even carry on a conversation and, yes we asked her to turn it down but she would defiantly crank it up again after a few minutes.
This would have been a 4 star review if not for her rudeness.

Had a late dinner one night at Eagle Rays, we were one of two tables in the restaurant. It took 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive!!! Slow is an understatement. The food was bland and mediocre. They need to improve their service and menu before we will return!

the food (our dinners) was good, well some things were and some so-so.
we ordered only the best, whole snapper, seafood combo plate, lobster special etc. and those were great!
natcho appetizer was ok, the ceviche was good, ya Bagged round tortilla chips?? really?
We were the only table there so i would have expected excelent service. there were 6 of us and only 4 app plates. and two of those were coffee saucers?
its the little things that really goof stuff up sometimes.

there are better choices in west end.

I've been going to roatan for over 20 years, I've been eating at Eagle Rays since they opened I usually eat there at least twice a week when Im on the island,,,the difference is I ALWAYS have the sane thing, They make a a delightfuful seafood soup...and its only about $6.00. Try it you may have a new favorite! The view is outstanding especially for sunset. And as for the service ...you are supposed to be on island time!

Not good experience. Bad service, less than average food, and there are many better choices. Just walk on by.
