“Solid, convenient, and super cheap”

Great place to stop by for a quick (and delicious) baleada or pastelito. Their fried chicken is good too. I ate here almost every day and loved it!

“Cheap local food”
Reviewed June 22, 2012

If you want to try a bite of what the locals really eat, stop by here one day in West End. It might help to know a little Spanish when you order (We're from Texas, so not a problem for us) We enjoyed the egg baladeras and avacado balederas and would have eaten more if we had room. They are about $1.50-2.00 each.

“Best empanadas (pastalitos) in town”
Reviewed June 16, 2012

You heard it! Best pastalitos in town hands down. We tried many places and the beef (not the chicken) are awesome. Get them fresh though if you can. sometimes they are microwaved after sitting in the display case for hours... not as good.

“Good Cheap Eats”
Reviewed June 13, 2012

This is a fantastic place to grab a quick and cheap bite between dives. Tortillas are fresh. We ate here nearly every day. They do run out of ingredients, so you sometimes may not be able to get avacodos, eggs, etc. depending on the day.

“Good Baleadas”
Reviewed June 8, 2012

Try the national food of Honduras - a baleada for about $1 each. Good quick bite to eat. Cold drinks for a good price.
