We stopped here for lunch before going out on Salty Dog Sea Charters right next door. We were the only ones eating there at about 11:30. We ordered a fish sandwich(tilapia), which we shared, that came with french fries. The sandwich was good, but the french fries were excellent. They were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The service was a little slow, but I got the impression that not many people come in for lunch. This is a very nice beach side restaurant. Although we would probably not return, since we stay in West Bay, I did enjoy the meal, and it was a nice place to go prior to our excursion on the catamaran.

We went out looking for lobster dinner and found this place. They had lobster and so much more.

This place sits right next to Lobster Pot. We chose it because it was right on the beach, had a lively atmosphere, and had lobster as well as lots of other things on the menu. (one of our group didn't want seafood).

Our waiter came over to take our order and was very exuberant. Singing, dancing and shouting, "One love." Very amusing. He took our order, but wasn't certain what we wanted was on the menu. It was on the specials menu, and after conferring with the owner, came back and finished our order. Two of us ordered the Grilled Lobster and Shrimp for $18 and our other friend ordered the Coconut-breaded chicken. We all had Banana daiquiris and they were delicious. Strongest and most delicious drink we had during our trip!

After a few minutes with our drinks, our waiter came over and told us they were out of Shrimp, but would still do the special, but substitute any other seafood for the Shrimp. He told us not to worry, life is all about the Love, and he offered conch, fish, or more lobster. More Lobster? Yes, we agreed...They were giving us 2 Lobsters for $18! We were excited.

Our waiter brought us over 3 bowls of conch soup, as a gift from the restaurant. Delicious, and so nice! At this point, our waiter, Mr. Love, told us that he wanted to beat his boss to death with his serving tray. What happened to the Love?! He wandered to the beach, where they had a bonfire burning, and screamed about not wanting his job and hating his boss. (I have felt that way before too, but prefer not to scream about it in the middle of the workplace).

Anyway, he came back to work, refilled our drinks (2nd Banana daiquiri even more delish than the first) and disappeared into the back. A short time later, he reappeared and delivered our food. He reminded us that life was all about the love, spelled L. O. V. E. (seriously, he spelled it for us.) The lobsters were outstanding! Perfectly cooked. My friend asked for drawn butter and it was delivered promptly, but I didn't need it or want it for mine. It was juicy and tasty on it's own. My other friend was quite disappointed in her chicken, she said it was the worst meal she had during her trip. I didn't try it, though, since I was stuffing my face with 2 succulent lobsters. The owner came out and asked us how our food was. He was very friendly.

As Mr Love cleared our dishes, he told us he was going to quit, and then started screaming about how he'd rather starve than deal with his boss. But he didn't quit, at least, not while we were there. He went over to the other tables, and refilled their drinks. He was a very attentive waiter, but he seemed very split personality.

So overall, a great meal for those of us with the lobster. Great drinks. Good soup. Disappointing chicken. Crazy, crazy waiter. We enjoyed the evening, as it produced many amusing stories.

This is the place to go on any night for a lovely sunset during Happy Hour on the Beach and maybe a little dancing it up s bit. Water Taxi's to and from West End are very plentiful nearby.
