Tokin House

We are a family of four that travel to Bitola to visit relatives on a fairly regular basis. Family accommodation is very scarce, so we ended up staying @ Tokin House for a third time. We know the standard of accommodation, what to expect from our host and it is a family friendly place as well. With every visit we enjoy the luxury rooms with high ceilings and architectural mouldings, bathrooms with gorgeous Italian tiling, very comfortable large beds - even the single ones, and entrance with marble flooring throughout. We love grand old buildings when they are restored to their former glory and retain their charm. The staff are very helpful and always there when you need them, but discreetly out of the way. Our children loved the charming courtyard gardens where they can play uninterrupted and stay safe at the same time; and for us, there was a place to relax, read papers & drink coffee.

The hotel’s proximity to the high street and centre of the town was one of the deciding factors for us as well. We love to walk everywhere, and this place was central for us.

We love this place and definitely will be back next year.

Stayed for 2 nights in the hotel with family on the way back from Greece.
Hotel is tucked away in a quiet side street just off the main walking parade where all shops and bars are situated.
The hotel staff was very helpful and informative and help us navigate & find the hotel altho it was very late at night.
The breakfast we had next morning was nice and harty served in their small dining room.
The hotel is old Town House simpateticly restored to the former glory.
The rooms are very specious and confortable with suprisingly big bathrooms & extremly clean..
We paid €50 for B&B per night for triple room and it is worth every penny.
I think that this level of service in Germany will cost double the price atleast.
We choose the hotel for the good reviews on TA and we waren't dissapointed.
Would love to come back again to Bitola and we will seternly stay at Tokin House again!

We had a great time in the brand new second floor room of Tokin House. Clean, cosy, modern, so near Shirok Shokak, great for a weekend in Bitola.... Mr Danail was a great help. He speaks good english and he's really very polite. The price was reasonable and the omelete we had for breakfast was really tasty. It was not the first time we stayed in Tokin House and it 'll be our place the next time we 'll visit Bitola

The hotel is an old upper-class (I imagine) town house set back in its own garden in the centre of Bitola, a few yards from Shirok Sokak / Marshal Tito, but very quiet. The owners (who speak English) are very helpful (e.g. walking round the corner with me to show me an ATM). I had a small room on the ground floor. The air-conditioning worked and I slept well.

Breakfast (you get a breakfast card from the hotel and take it to the Restoran Korso over the road) was good. You order a "Menu": "Menu 1" means a huge omelet with bread etc, "Menu 2" is ham, three hard boiled eggs, etc, and so on. It's included in the price of the room. There are masses of places nearby where you can get a drink or a meal. I liked the Metro Restoran (traditional Macedonian or Italian cooking - very friendly and you can sit outside) and the Grne (traditional Macedonian food - in the same building as the Russian consulate).

I liked Bitola very much, and I hope to go back next year. If I do I'll stay at the Tokin House again.

Traveling from Greece to Belgrade we spent one night in Tokin House. We made reservation a month before. No one complaint.
Location is fantastic. In the heart of Bitola, very close to the most interesting street but enough far from it to be quiet.
Interior looks better than on the photos. New, tastefully and very clean.
Staf is very kind and usefull, I got every information I need.
The best impresssum was after we left House. Next day we realized that we had left four jackets in the room. They contacted us before we contacted them and in two days organized delivering in Belgrade.
All recommendations!!!
