By living in NY I already knew Bruno Jamais' restaurant in the upper east side, which made my dining experience even more interesting last night! Besides the stunning lagoon view, Bruno again created the perfect ambience for an unique gastronomic experienca.

We walked into Moorea Beach in our first day to watch the sunset and breath in this new island after Huahine and Bora Bora and we were wonderfully attended by Gabi and Benjamin. The restaurant was "not open" yet so we started with a few beers. When we ordered food the surprises started, the taro cappuccino was amazing, then Benjamin recommended the tuna tartar and the foie gras, both amazing and this last one the best foie gras I´ve ever had. Bruno Jamais, the owner was close by all the time and we received an outstanding attention. 2 days later we came back with the same special attention, Gabi even remembered details about us, and this time we had no doubt but to follow Bruno´s recommendations, fish of the day and a mahi-mahi, both at the same level as we had on our first day. All and all the best restaurant of our 2 week/3 island trip. All that for a great price, considering Tahiti is very expensive.
