Stayed here from 18th April till the 25th of April with my girlfriend. The hotel looks amazing the sourounding gardens are kept really nice and all the staff are really friendly from the waiting staff to the gardners to the clearners.

The food is ok, its nothing special but with so many nationalitys at this hotel they try there best to cover everyone. it was always warm and they have a pasta chef on that will cook the pasta how you like it with vegatables etc of your choice.

We stayed in Coral block which was situated in and ideal area near the nino bar and the resteraunt area. we had a 2nd floor room which had a nice big balcony and a nice view and could also see the sea in the distance,

There are a few pool areas with Nino been the quitest of the two and the Luna bar usually the busier with loud music most of the day etc.

The Union Jack Bar over the road was excellent couldnt fault it real english food and great service 100% worth a visit.

Overall great hotel would reccomend and hopefully will visit again sometime soon.

Just arrived home from our second visit to this hotel, nothing at all to complain about staff always very helpful, room clean, pool clean, Pool boy Momen Mohammed very helpful saved our beds every day for us!
Food wasnt the best but don't expect anything amazing from all inclusive holidays anyway and there is also many places outside of the hotel to go which are very cheap!! would recommend the union jack bar opposite for food and friendly atmosphere!
Will defiantly go back!

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a week in September 2012, prior to going we were a little worried from reading bad reviews.

However, on arrival we couldnt fault it, speedy check in and taken to our room which was in block to the left of the main building (cant remember the name) we had a ground floor room with a nice big patio looking out to one of the pools. Room was huge with a nice bathroom and two queen size beds.

The weather was incredible all week, choice of 4 different main pools although we stayed by the luna bar most days as it was convenient and the pool was quieter!

The beach was also lovely, plenty of beds to go around and we had two massages on the beach which were amazing!

The food was lovely also, i am a veggie and there was plenty of choice and the boyfriend tried something different each night. On our first night we were invited to a BBQ down by the beach along with other english holiday makers which was a brilliant evening. We went to the bar next to the main resturant most evenings as it was air conditioned and the cocktails were awesome and also included in the all inclusive.

We also did a trip into Naama Bay one evening which was fun and haggled a few bargains to bring home.

Overall we loved our stay at the Grand Sharm Plaza and would return :)

Before travelling to the Sharm Grand Plaza I had read some poor reviews and was a little concerned , however I had nothing to worry about.
Lets get the supposedly bad stuff out of the way first . Yes as a Brit travelling with his 2 adult daughters we were in the minority , I would estimate 30 % Russian , 30 % Italian 20% Polish and the rest British and others. This is my 3rd time in Sharm and it is the same everywhere and what is wrong with that. No the other nationalities were not rude or loud and too be honest the hotel is so big you can avoid them if you really need to.
The all inclusive stops at 11 pm and the spirits are undrinkable but i am a beer man and that is fine. My 2 bought some Vodka from a nearby store for about £10 and used it to jolly up their cokes , I suggest you bring a bottle from the duty free as you wont get premium brands from the shops.
The food is themed , with a different nationality every night , but there are constants such as chicken , chips and pasta and although a little samey the quality is fine.
We had rooms in Tiran block deffinately the place to be ask to be put there when booking some of the other rooms are some distance from anywhere. The staff were excellent very friendly and the place was very clean , rooms cleaned daily with towel animals and flowers left on your bed.
The animation team work hard but if thats not your bag then there are quiet pools as well.
The Hotel is well situated in Sharm and you can easily walk to shopos and bars if you wish . Try the 3 Crowns for a change one evening , well priced and the steaks are excellent.
I have to mention Chico ( he told me too!) but his Desert quad biking tour was great fun and excellent value , dont worry about finding him, he will find you!!
Overall a great holiday in a very good hotel , but if you want super posh check out the RIXOS next door!

Room Tip: Go for Tiran block
