stayed on the deluxe room with the sea view for just three nights, the room was very nice and clean, the front disk gave us rooms in the same row as a family in an isolated private area (thanks to Mohamed Ali, he made our check-in very simple),
the stuff are very helpful and well trained,
you will enjoy snorkeling just in your hotel marina nice corals there, the pool is great
the location of the hotel is fine but far from Namaa bay, you can find shops beside in nabq itself
the worst part was the food, for breakfast and lunch, always cold, not tasty, no good variates
the animation team wasnt on the standard, you may not feel they are around you have to look for them

stayed here for a week, wished it was longer. Cannot fault it at all. Rooms were lovely and kept really clean with fresh towels every days thanks to mohammed. Had a great pool and lovely tidy beach . after the first couple of days our towels were ready on the sun loungers for us - thanks Mahmoud. the food was delicious and had a wide selection for breakfast lunch and dinner. staff and service were great. had a couple of treatments at the spa (a massage and salt/mud scrub) which I would highly recommend. the gym was small but had enough equipment especially as it wasn't used by many it seemed. The entertainment staff always had something to tempt you with if you are interested. overall a great place, would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: marine rooms were lovely and close to beach

The best thing about the place is really teh staff and the landscape.

The good:
1) Amazing landscape with lots of greenery and a lazy river.
2) The spa is a very nice place to spend some time at. It is designed like a cave, with holes letting sunlight in.
3) Rooms are spacious and the view is very nice (room 4302).
4) Excellent animation team without being pushy. Very good program for kids and adults alike.
5) The neighbourhood is full of shops and supermarkets where you can buy some stuff if you do not want to pay for the ridiculously expensive mini-bar.
6) The staff in general are very hard working, trying hard to please everyone. They are good at it.
7) Main swimming pool is amazing and is simply HUGE. There were smaller ones too but we didn't try them.
8) The AI concept is very nice, you don't really have time to get hungry before the time of the next meal! During the buffet time, it could get very crowded but I guess this was because we were during Eid Al Adha vacation. The buffet was refilled instantly whenever any item was going low.

The bad:
1) Not enough towels and toiletries in the room. We had to ask for more many times before they arrived. Seems that they are struggling with the economic conditions in Egypt.
2) The beach is somewhat rocky and is not very nice for small children. The jitty on the other hand is amazing. You can also go to the beach of the neighbouring hotel (Nubian Village), which is accessible through the hotel beach with no problems. This beach is amazing with LOTS of coral and colorful fish just by the shore.
3) The food is OK, nothing special and definitely not up to a 5-star level. Salads are tasteless! Desserts are mediocre but some main dishes were yummy though.
4) The juices provided during meals are instant drinks...very lousy. Even sodas tasted funny sometimes, as if they are locally manufactured!

Although pleasant enough (and staffed with really good and helpful people at all levels), hotel was only part-full and operating cuts were apparent everywhere, clearly a result of the current political difficulties in Egypt. Food choice was very limited as were drinks (eg draught beer available only on 2 occasions during fortnight). Food served in 2 of the 3 "a la carte" open was from the same menu and offered as "meat or fish" only and with no opportunity to mix and match dishes. Although I accept that glass is inappropriate by the pool, drinks away from main building were not served in disposable glasses but in hard plastic beakers, washed out in the water that we are advised not to drink! This is not 5* service to me. Apart from the staff - a definite letdown and disappointing holiday that reflected poorly on the Radisson chain.

I would like to thank you all for the high level of service and performance I & my family had during this trip. You really made me erase the bad memories I got it in the first visit. Room was very luxurious and comfortable. Pool was very clean and the service around was consistence. The main change I felt was in the Olivous restaurant, this time I saw a good variety in the food kinds. Richness in the quality. You really make me feel that I was a VIP guest in 7 star hotel. Special thanks to Mohamed Abd El Satar, Samir El kasas, and Olivous restaurant’s staff.
