We had an amazing stay here in Rixos Sharm El Sheikh. The food was really amazing with enough options. We would really like to thank all of the staff working here, which made our vacation even better! In special we would like to thank Ibrahim Mohamed. We Will definetly come back here.

The hotel looks very big, but actual it is very cosy. Staff is super sympatic. Food, especially in the restaurants is very good, the variety is so wide. All staff are fantastic,whenever you ask for anything they do itimmediarely. We found Bella from guest relations and all her team amazing

Amazing service , very friendly atmosphere , the quality of the food is exceptional , we had the all inclusive package which seemed like a bargain given the quality and service . Tried the gym and the spa and both were amazing .

We would not usually leave a review during our stay, but this hotel is so superb in every respect that we feel that we should do so on this occasion. This review is in no way prompted by the staff at the hotel.
We arrived around midnight last Thursday night, and were welcomed and after a swift check in we were shown to our room, a superior garden view room. At that point we would have preferred a pool view room but later realised that there is so much entertainment around the hotel a garden view room is much better for an early evening siesta! Every day has been superb, the whole property is kept in immaculate order, the rooms are very clean and the cleanliness and standards in all of the restaurants are very high. We rented a beach cabana one day, a great experience! Our personal favourite restaurants are the Indian, Turkish and Fish restaurants, we have not yet been to the Italian. The pools are beautifully kept and the beach is kept clean. Staff showed us to sun beds of our choice each day and placed towels on the beds, and drinks service to the beds was provided. The golf carts take you all round the hotel, and the drivers are all friendly, remember names and will even go off route to take you closer to your room! Evening entertainment is very good, something lacking in many luxury hotels.
The staff are incredibly polite and helpful, and reappear at different venues, our breakfast waiter was also our dinner waiter in the Turkish restaurant last night! It's difficult to remember all the names of our favourite staff, but to name a few, Tony in lobby bar, Ahmad and team in the Oasis pool bar, Belal, Hany, Mured, and also Ramy in the Spa. Bella in Guest Services gave us plenty of help, thanks!
All in all a superb choice, we will be here again. In our opinion this beats our previous favourite in Dubai by a long way, and at a third of the price too!
