My husband and I had a week in October, which we thoroughly enjoyed, finding many improvements and changes since it became Rixos.
All staff were extremely hard working, friendly, but not overwhelming, no-one appeared to be expecting tips, they are all a credit to the management. I do mean all, including the gardeners who create such a peaceful and well kept oasis.
When we were there, the adults only buffet was closed, we understood, as guest numbers were down, and the family restaurant was never over crowded.
Food was excellent in both buffet, and a la carte restaurants. The fried fish in buffet restaurant was melt in the mouth, don't know how chef made it so good!
My only negative point was really that there is very little ambience in the actual surroundings of the la carte restaurants. They are exactly the same as when we first visited Royal Grand Azure, a few years ago. Seeing how good the fish restaurant looks, I am hoping that perhaps other restaurants
may be brightened up!
We didn't leave the complex, no need, we wanted a bit of luxury, some sun, and lots of relaxation, which we definitely got.
I am already booked to go back in March with a friend!More
