I chose this hotel as it had good reviews but i was dissapointed. I would say this is a 3 star hotel it is dated and needs renovating! Rooms are ok but old and tired, pool areas are good but you can only get a drink at your hotel (club) pool bar and not at the beach hotel or park hotel. There is a bar on the beach but take your own water bottle which you can fill up to take with you if you want to take a walk onto the very long jetty which isnt finished. The restaurant was ok we diddnt really bother with breakfast but went for lunch which was fine there is something for everyone but going out for our evening meal there was often no glasses or plates and it wasnt as if you were going out for a nice meal you just find a table and help yourself to whatever you want no one asks you if you need anything. Lots of mosquitos! Take repellent. Bar staff are nice and helpful. baahaa, mohamed and karim were always bringing us drinks without us even asking. I would not go back to this hotel we stayed at the sheraton last time and was a much nicer hotel

If you want to have a relaxing holidays This is a great place to stay. No animations, loud music only during the evening. During the day - jazz, chillout. Food was very good, breakfast fine for me as I do not expect much - some cottage cheese, tomato and fresh bread. They have very good hamburgers as snacks during a day ( order also a greek salad if you want to add more vegetables to your burger). Pools are clean. Beach is 4 min on food as you need to go to Jaz Mirabel Beach, (bigger one, crowded). Coral is about 200m from the beach. Bridge is under construction and you could enter it at your own risk, being aware that there are no stairs, only primitive ledder. Coral is fossilized, but still a lot of fish. Taxi to Naama Bay $10.

Room Tip: Ask for the room on 1st or 2nd floor, closer to restaurant and the beach if you want a quiet one.

Nicely located, good service not leeching for tips 24/7, english speaking and fridndly. Food is really good as far as egypt is concerned. Breakfast are a little tasteless/boring so to speak due to lack of variery. Lunches, dinners and day time snacks are great and varied. Alcohol is pretty basic like usual all incl in egypt. The club part is the most quiet of three (there are also : park and beach parts). The beach is located like 3-4 min walk through hotel premises. Trip to town naama bay takes like 25 mins, but it takes only 3 mins to get to nearest souvenir/grocery/pharmacy. Mall with kfc and starbucks is like 15 mins away on foot. Hotel also offers 24/7 grocery store, sheesha lounge extra paid, a club and 2 themed restaurants being chinese and italian.

All in all really good place to spend week in relaxing.

Just stayed here for 2 weeks with wife and little boy, and if am perfectly honest I would stay here again, I have stayed in Egypt 6 times now and although this isn,t the best hotel Ive stayed in, it is by far the biggest resort of hotels ive stayed at, it is 3 hotels within a resort, the club, the park and the beach, you can use all the if you stay at the park you can use the club facilitiers and vice versa and you can use all pools and the beach bars but not the beach restaurant...common sense. pools are fantastic, sloping for the younger children, bars at every one. snacks at the beach bars very tasty, cocktails could be better. ice creams lollies are free for all!! lol the beach is outstanding, you can walk nearly 3 football pitches before you reach "the waves" very shallow and so warm its unreal.staff are excellent very freindly and good with the children, never came across any member of staff who wasnt freindly. food in restaurant is repeated over a week but was varied and unless you mega fussy you will not go hungry! there are sometimes shortages of cups and glasses but like me just mention it to them and they will replensih no problems. the manager does go around the resort asking for you opinion as well which is refreshing be honest with him...it does get results, rooms very bug spacious and clean, shower is massive....the hotel overall is very clean. you can walk for miles aliong the front as well, and there are beach bars for the occasional alcohol intake!!! haha, there are plenty of shops just outside the hotel for any extras you may want etc, you will get hassled sometimes but this is egypt just be freindly and say no and threy will leave you alone, on the whole egyptian people are very freindly and love the english because we are courteous and polite...there are some nationalities who aren't so polite...ill let you decide who you think they are...weather this time of year is absolutely fantastic!! hot most days but some days cloudy which even =for sun lovers is good.....it stops you getting frazzled. so would i recommend this hotel for ggod value holidaying...YES most definately good resort, fab staff, great poo, area, fab beach, and sun sun sun!!!!

Room Tip: Entertainment can be noisy some nights so if you have children ask for a room near the restaurant

Myself and husband Gary spent 10 night at the Jaz Mirabel Club and we must mention a few special people who made our holiday memorable.... Goma and Ali (who has now left) Goma the towel/pool attendant was fantastic... we had him speaking Scottish by the end of the holiday.. Great guy!! Bahaa and Mohammed in the boudoir bar in the Jaz Club... fantastic service and great fun.. always looking after us and having banter!!!
This hotel was only 40% occupied when we were there and it was very quiet however we are not complaining.... no fights for sun loungers!! Plenty of selection at the buffet, I am very picky, but had no probs.... not too keen on the spirits there, the local lager is nice.
Entertainement at night is limited but we had great fun with the car staff that we didnt notice it!!
Great chill out holiday......
