Many different stalls of inexpensive trinkets as well as higher quality homemade merchandise. Nice inexpensive belts, onyx figures, paintings, t shirts, alpaca stuffed animals, carvings, etc. Something for everyone. Seems safe. Don't forget to bargain!

I love this market. Yes, there is lots of duplicates but if you are looking for Alpaca products, leather goods, Ecuador t-shirts and even some semi-precious beads to bring home - this is your place!

I bargain strong, the cheapest I got for the Alpaca blankets is $11.50 and the scarfs $5.25. I ended up buying 8 blankets and 16 scarfs so I definitely got a bulk price.

Visit in the afternoon, but they do close up just before 5pm.

This is that typical local place with every possible Ecuadorian trinket you could ever hope to find. Vendors at first act like they won't negotiate but yes they will!

You should come for a walk with your friends, family or your girlfriend or boyfriend to this place where you will see the different work done by a lot of talented people. This place is visited by hundreds of people daily. Handicrafts are at an acceptable price and also you liked the variety and diversity of designs. So do not waste time. Visit this place!

Centro Comercial Artesanal is a very large marketplace that is located in Guayaquil and where you can enjoy various shops as: restaurants, shoe shops, clothes shop, handmade ornaments, hats of paja toquilla, and various crafts.
It has a spacious parking lot and the things are a bit cheap and the best of all is that you can bargain! It is very nice to buy gifts to our friends that visit us and for us.
Security is extends until to the underground parking, admission is by Street José de Antepara. While on the top floor is the food court where visitors can taste the typical dishes of Ecuador. I recommend it to you!
