I had booked this hotel as a stopover on our way to the Galápagos Islands, and may have fared better, if my Spanish were better. The room (No 3)and bedding were clean and well equipped. However, there was a constant drip from the shower, the noise of which could not be isolated, as above the bathroom door was open. I had ordered a meal from a nearby restaurant, via an arrangement the hotel. Unfortunately, it was lukewarm. Drinks from the bar were limited - no white wine, no Coke light, although it was offered as a choice, and a very limited stock of beer. The breakfast was very minimal. I could only recommend on a room only basis, anything else could result in disappointment.
