“Seductive”
Reviewed December 2, 2012

Described in one tour guide as a seductive medieval town - and I have to agree. A compact and tony town full of charm and fabulous local people, every corner is a fantastic photo opportunity and the abundant churches are awesome.

“What a beautiful place.”
Reviewed December 2, 2012

I was on my first ever cruise (a mini cruise) and in Croatia we stopped at Dubrovnik and Split. From Split harbour I took an organised tour (starting on a coach) to Trogir. What a gem of a place this is. If you like classical architecture, history and romantic, atmospheric places you must go here. It's small, compact and our local guide gave a very good walking and talking tour of the place. I was there in May and it was hot, the sun shone brightly and it was pleasant to stroll near the old harbour. Ask about the Kairos of Trogir and look out for the lovely a capella singers and the street cafes.

“Medieval small town”
Reviewed November 25, 2012

Small and well preserved medieval town. Worth the visit and spend half to one day walking in the small alleys looking details in each house. Avoid going after october, because most restaurants will be closed.

“pure history”
Reviewed November 14, 2012

I loved everything regarding Trogir as a historic site.
As a history and art lover, I ve found so many things in Trogir worth of seeing and enjoying in it. What surprised me the most is that the whole center is like a museum.
I would highly reccomend it.

Narrow streets, lots of shops, the cathedral. surrounded by water. Big ships at the quay.Nice avenue with palmtrees by the waterside, ideal for a lunch .Just out of town there is every day (summer) a market.
